Imagine. "No honey we can't go" you refused as your little boy pouted. "But I want to see Daddy perform!" he argued back. "Me too!" Sami added next to him. You sighed. Their faces were full of excitement and after all, you were just backstage. All you needed to do was discreetly go into the crowd. "Okay" you gave in. Your kids jumped around with happiness. Everyone was watching them with smiles. With this energy and those curls, nobody could even think they weren't Darren's. "We need to be extra quiet though okay? We're not supposed to be there" you explained once you knelt down in front of your children. They both nodded and held your hands to follow you into the arena. It wasn't crowded, but you knew most of the people were Broadway and Darren's fans, and they would recognize you for sure. You climbed to the highest stairs and sat in the last row. From there, you had view of the whole stage. "Why isn't Daddy here?" Kyle asked. You could hear the disappointment in his voice. "It's not his turn yet" you smiled. "Ladies and gentlemen, please welcome our special guest for this show, Darren Criss" the host announced. "YEAH DADDY!" Sami yelled as Darren walked into the stage. You hid your face into your palm. Discretion. Darren grinned at the view of his children bouncing around and the spectators laughing at them. Some of them were waving at you, Sami and Kyle, and they quickly recieved a wave back. "Hi guys. Hi my loves" he winked at you. Again, discretion. "My name is Darren Criss. If you don't know who I am, I'm just a guy who likes to play music" he said as he put his guitar around his neck. "DO THE ELSA SONG" Sami screamed to her father. Darren smiled and tilted his head to her as the audience awed. "I can't do the Elsa song now sweetie. I have a set list" your husband answered. "Oh" she sat back down. "I promise to sing it later though, just remind me about it" he winked. Sami was happy again and the three of you enjoyed Darren's little show cuddled up together.
