Imagine. You sat on the couch as Darren sat beside you, his legs crossed on it. He slides an arm around your shoulder and smiles at you. You smile back as you heard Joey saying "So, how was your weekend?". You and Darren had visited your dad this weekend and it was the first time Darren had met him. You were now back in Los Angeles, in Darren and Joey's house. Joey handed beers to you and Darren. "Awesome!" you said joyfully. "Great, but frightening" Darren adds. Joey laughed and took a sip of his beer. "He overreact the whole weekend" you say to Joey as you roll your eyes. "I did not! But man, you should have seen her father!" he explains to Joey. "His hands are, like, twice the size of mine. You could see his legs muscles even when he didn't contract them. I couldn't stop thinking that if I said or did something wrong, he would kick my ass so badly man!" Darren adds dramatically. You and Joey laughed looking at him. "My father is so not the kind to kick ass" you say before drinking your beer. "I didn't know that! All I was thinking all weekend long was that I could say something stupid and make a fool of myself!" Darren sighed. "You did fine baby, my father loved you" you say as you cup his cheek and kiss it softly. "Did he give you the dad talk?" Joey chuckles. "Yeah" Darren giggled. "Really?" you ask, surprised. "Yeah. We were talking about cooking and he asks me if I cooked sometimes" Darren explains. "Oh boy" Joey exclaims. You pointed at him and raised your eyebrows. "I had the same reaction" you chuckle. "And he told me he was going to teach me, because man he's one hell of a cook" Darren added. "And while we were in the kitchen he pointed at me and told me..." Darren sat up straight on the couch, and pointed, imitating your father. You laughed as Darren said "You seems like a great guy but if you hurt my princess, I will have to hurt you back".

Joey and you laughed at Darren's impression as he adds "And that was scary! And everytime he was calling her 'my princess' and everytime, and I thought 'Damn, I bang his princess'". "Darren!" you scream, embarassed as you playfully hit his shoulder. Darren laughed as well as Joey. "Oh come on, don't need to be embarassed. I lived with you in college, remember?" Joey jokes. You looked down and blushed. "Anyway, her father is cool, he really is, but I feel as free as an unicorn now" Darren said as he dramatically lies on the couch. You couldn't help but to laugh at this dumb human you loved so much.
