Imagine. You heard a knock on your door. You go to open it and is immediatly surprised by cheers. Your best girlfriends, in stupid outfits in front of your house. One of them was holding a camera. "Helloo gorgeous" Lea said as she smiles at you. "You should put some shoes on" she giggled. "Why?" you asked kinda confused. "Think about it!" Darren screamed from the living room in a joyful voice. Your best friends, the ridiculous outfits, the camera... "Oh. Are we doing my Bachelorette party?" you ask excited. "Look how smart you are!" Lauren responded sarcastically with a fake impressed face. You laugh and quickly put some sneakers on. You run to your fiancé to kiss him goodbye before going. When you closed the front door, Meredith put a sash on you saying "Bachelorette!" and a tiara on your head. You headed to a huge limo with your favorite girls. Darren already did his bachelor party a few days ago, and now it was your turn. You were both excited and scared. What did they prepared? You had no idea! The limousine goes for a while, but you did not care to look where you were going. You were talking and joking with your friends. When the car finally parked, you went out to see a guy waiting for you.

"Future Mrs. Criss, right?" he asked as he points at you. "Yeah that's me!" you grin. "If you could follow me please, we need to get you prepared" he says as he took you inside a building. "What the heck is going on?" you ask under your breath. As the only answer, the guy chuckled. He took you to a room full of cords, harness and helmets. "Uhm...I'm sorry mister but uhm-" you started to say before he cut you off. "Please, call me Allan". You smile as you see him doing so. He took a security harness and starts to put in on you. "What are you going to do exactly?" you say with a very unsure voice. He giggled before answering "I can't tell, sorry". He gave you an helmet and took a few cords and others things you could not name, then you walked back together to the place the the limousine left you. "How hot girl!" jokes Heather in the back. "Oh shut up" you roll your eyes as you laugh. A few minutes later, there you are, on a bridge. You saw Allan and a few other guys getting everything prepared for something you were not really sure yet. "Ok so...we can go whenever you're ready!" Allan shouted to the girls. Lauren came to you and put the helmet on your head. "Ok so...you're gonna jump from that bridge" she says with a proud smile. "What?!" you shouted, shocked and very frightened. "No no no I can't do that!" You panic. "Of course you can! You're a Starkid!" she laughed. After a few seconds, you laugh too and start to relax. This will be fun after all. Allan checked again your harness and helped you getting on the edge. "Do you have anything to say to your future husband?" Heather said behind the camera as she turns it to you. You look straight in it and point at it. "Darren, if I die doing this, I don't want you to get married to someone else!" you joke. You didn't know if your laugh was real or nervous. "I love you!" you shout to the camera before Heather stepped back. "Whenever you're ready" Allan said. You smile nervously and look at the view in front of you. It was truly beautiful. Just do it, you thought. You jump, and instantly felt like you were flying. You were a fucking bird.

And at this moment, you truly understand why some people like to jump from planes or mountains: this feeling, the adrenaline, the fear. When you were a few feet from the ground, you felt something stopping you. Of course, they would not let you explode on the ground. You yell, mostly because of your pride and also because you were now bouncing. The rest of the day was so great: the girls has been planned the day perfectly. After the "jump", you went to a bar and partied with them all night, and they took you home after. You came to your room with a huge smile on your face, and threw yourself on the bed. Darren was still up, probably waiting for you. He was reading a book, but when he saw you, he put the book and his glasses on the nightstand and lied besides you on his side. "So, how was it?" he asks. "Fantastic!" you say before telling him everything you did. He listened to you all the way through like he always does, with his heart eyes. "Can I ask you something?" he asked after you finished. "Tell me" you answer with a smile. "Did you get the...you know...male stripper thing?" he demands with a crunched face. You giggled "No, I didn't". He breaths out, relieved. "I've told them I didn't want that because the only guy I want to dance with is you..." you add as you look up at him. He smirks satisfically, and you tell "Even if your dance moves are...special". He giggled and so did you at the view of his cute grin. "Oh yeah, about that..." he says as he put an arm around your waist to bring you against him. "I have some new dance moves that I would like to show you now" he winks before pulling you into a kiss. You smile onto it and thought you would never get tired of him, this life, or his dance moves.
