Prom

So the limo came and we all got in! It was pretty fun I'll tell you that! There was food in there too! We then finally got to our destination. I saw Leo next to his car and walked over to him.
"Hey!!! You clean up really nice !!" I said then hugged him.
"Well you look beautiful! Oh hey I have this corsage for you.. My cousin said I should get you one." He said Putting it on my wrist. It was a pretty corsage!
"Alright let's go in!!!!" I said. So the place was pretty nice. It was dim just the way I like things. We sat at a table with jess and Cayden, tyler and Monica and Katie and Jaden. We were dancing most of the time. We ate and then Leo went to use the bathroom so I sat at the table. Jess was talking to tyler.
"Hey by the way, you look really great!" Jess said to Tyler.
"Thanks you look Really good too!" Tyler said. Monica was in the bathroom during that time.
"Oh my gosh tyler remember this song!?" Jess said to Tyler.
"What... What's so special about this song?.." I asked.
"Haha this was the song that played during our grade 8 dance that we danced to with our other friends for the talent show." Jess said . Kinda weird. Monica came back.
"Oh my gosh! I love this song! This played at a homecoming party we had for my sister when we found out she fought cancer!" Monica said. I turned to look at jess.
"Come on let's dance !" Tyler said to Monica. They looked really happy and cheerful up there.
"Look how .. Happy he looks..." I said.
"Yeah.. With her .. Umm .." Jess said.
"Hey jess.. Come on ! You and me! Let's dance !!!" I said. We started dancing! I was having a great time with her. But then jess started going closer to Tyler and .. She will go after what she wants! Leo came back and we were dancing too. It was almost 9. So we headed out in the car to his prom. It was really nice too! It was outside by a really pretty beach. He introduced me to some of his friends.
"Hey! This is alex , alex this is Vince!" Leo said.
"Hey... I should of gone with you to prom!" Vince said to me.
"Shut up!... He's joking ! I'm Liza ! Nice to meet you !" She said smiling.
Overall a lot of his friends were really nice. It's so weird.. It was like I was his wife meeting his parents or something haha anyways back to the story ! So we danced and ate and danced and ate!
We sat at our table and ate.
"Hey Leo! Wanna dance!" Annabelle asked. Remember Annabelle? The bitch who thought she could beat me at pool.
"Where's your date? Did he run away from you ?" I asked her.
"Funny... " Annabelle said giving me a dirty look then walked away. The night was almost over. Leo drove me home.
"Hey.. Thanks for the great night! I had a really great time with you at prom.. Or our proms haha!" I said.
"I had a great time too .." Leo said. We were both at my door step.
"See you around." He said then hugged me.
He turned around and walked to his car. So.. Prom was actually a great day for me. I ate .. Danced With a super hot guy. So my day was great was a about yours? I went upstairs and took my dress up and changed into shorts and a tank top.
***next day***
So today was graduation. I had my cap and gown and was ready to go. Sadly my dad wasn't able to make it. But my mom of course was coming. After the whole ceremony people took pictures and talked and shit.
"Ahhhhh we did it! " Jess said to me.
Her mom took Pics of us and my mom took pictures.
"Hey.. Brooks! I just wanted to say.. It was great...getting to know and sit near you during bio and copying off your sheet!" Tyler said.
"Fuck you haha! Well.. It was .. Good getting to know you as well.. And what I know about you .. Is that you're annoying as fuck!" I said
"Oh hey.. There's gonna be a party at jakes tonight . Everyone is coming so I better see you !" Tyler said. So I got home and took my gown off . I got ready for the party . Just wore some shorts and a top with a jacket over .
Before I left my mom said something.
"Hey! Alex !!since your dad felt bad about not being able to spend a lot of time with you in l.a if you were to visit .he also wanted you and a couple of people to go to Cuba and relax !" My mom said. That sounded pretty awesome if you asked me. So i got to the party and was chilling ! I saw jess and talked with her. It was only 6pm. Pretty early for a party.
"Hey... !" Tyler said.
"Oh hey .. Why are.. You talking to me!? Why is tyler vine talking to me ...!" I said .
"Shut up!" He said laughing.
"What's up Wheres Monica ? I asked.
"She's on her way here ." He replied.
"Well... Hey what are your plans for summer.. ? " Tyler asked me.
"Not sure yet, what about you ?" I asked.
"Not quite sure either ..." Tyler said.
"Umm I'm gonna find jess but it was ..
An okay time talking again." I said drinking my solo cup.
"An okay time ?.. Alright catch you later." He said. So Iooked around for jess.
"Hey! I wanna go to that beach! I just wanna relax!" She said walking to my car. I didn't mind. I was starting to get a headache from all the noise at the party. It was kind of random of her to Wanna go but ... I went anyways.
We got out, I payed for the parking and I just sat on the rocks by the water while she sat on the sand. The sunset was supposed to be coming down soon.
"Hey! Jess do you mind getting me some chips !?" I asked. She went and got them.
***jess pov***
So jess got her money out and asked for chips.
"I'll just have bbq chips." Jess said.
"Sure .. Oh hey, jess right ?" Bryce said.
"Oh hey Bryce, I forgot you work here ." Jess said.
"Hey isn't there a party tonight at jakes or someone like that?" Bryce asked.
"Yeah I just felt like relaxing here instead. Why? are you going? .." Jess said.
"Umm yeah a bunch of my friends are too, here are your chips by the way." Bryce said then clean the counter.
"Hey Bryce ?...." Jess asked.
"Yeah?.." Bryce replied.
"Umm thanks for the chips.. I Uhh see you chose the fuller bag .." She said then walked away.

So I saw jess finally walking back out. I always wondered why it took 5 minutes to get a bag of chips you know. I sat next to jess. We just sat listening to the waves. Then someone said something behind us.
"Hey.. " Bryce.
"Hey , you can sit here if you want ." Jess said. He sat next to us.
"Umm..  ??" I said.
"Oh hey I'm Bryce !" He said.
"I'm alex." I replied.
"Sunset looks beautiful." Bryce said.
"Yeah, pretty much the only reason we came here." Jess said.
"So you work here? " I asked Bryce.
"Yeah well half time of course.. It gets pretty boring being here by myself but .. not so much anymore ." He said smiling at Jess. We heard someone yell his name.
"Oh hey.. My buddy's here to pick me up. Nice meeting you alex. See you around jess." He said then left. I looked at Jess.
"What?.." She said then looked away.
"You like him don't you !!!!!" I said.
"Shut up haha!" She said. We went back to the party 30 min later.when we got to the party jess immediately started talking to Bryce so I just went to talk to other people.
I went to find a quiet place in the house to stay because I was getting a headache.
"Hey why you up here?" Leo asked.
"Oh hey I kinda have a head ache. I replied .
"Well you just missed the funniest thing ever!" He said then sat next to me.
"Jaden jumped in the pool and splashed a couple of girls and their eye makeup washed off or something then they started spraying whipped cream at him!" He said.
"Yeah.. Typical Jaden for you. " I said. We talked and talked and talked all night.
"So..hey Umm what are you plans for the summer?" I asked.
"Umm ... I'm working as a life guard at a beach like 35 min away for about 3 weeks." He said.
"Me and jess go there sometimes so hey.. I might see yah there! " I said.
"Hey what time is it." I asked.
"It's like 1am." He replied.
"Alright well I gotta get going or else my mom will make me clean the house for a week.. " I said then opened the door.
"Oh hey."
"Finally this doors open. I left my jacket in here." Tyler said then walked in. I grabbed my keys and drove home.
**tyler and Leo pov**
"Oh hey man. Were you just in here with.... Alex?" Tyler asked.
"Yeah she had a headache so I just stayed up here keeping her company." Leo said.
"So.. Are you guys like... A thing now .. Like are you ..dating?" Tyler asked non chalently.
"Hahah Umm I don't know man all I know is that we're pretty close friends ." Leo replied.
"Well.. Do you like her?" Tyler asked.
"Well yeah, she's really funny and really pretty...dude why are you asking me? Literally every guy likes her . Even you probably Right?" Leo said.
"Wha- no I'm just friends with her .." Tyler said.
"Okay well you'd be pretty dumb not to like her!" Leo said then laughed .
"Well.." Tyler said quietly.
"Well I gotta go..see yah around man.. Oh and cool jacket." Leo said then walked out.

I got back home and my mom asked what my decision would be for the summer.
"So ...?"
"Here how about this ... I'll go visit dad in l.a for two weeks and also go to Cuba for 2 weeks during some part of the summer." I suggested.
"Alright .. Well you leave in ten days .." My mom said. I went upstairs to take a giant sleep. The next day I went to get my passport stuff filled out. I went to a corner store and bought a slushy and just enjoyed my day driving through the beautiful sun. I went for a walk and walked past Bryce.
"Bryce hey!!" I said.
"Hey what's up ...?" He asked.
"Nothing much just chilling ..?" I replied .
"Hey ... Jess texted me and said there's a beach party tonight... Would you wanna go?" I asked.
"Yeah sure .. Well I'll see you guys there  then." He said . So I went back home. My mom told me to give some potatoes to Tyler's mom. Apparently they're friends I don't know. He opened the door.
"... Didn't know thanksgiving was soon?" Tyler said.
"Well.. My mom apparently bought too Many and wanted to give them to your mom .. " I said walking in Putting them on the counter.
"I see..."
"Hey ... My dad is gonna let me and some friends go to Cuba for two weeks. He said it was a gift from is company but he gave me the tickets." I said.
"Oh sweet ! " Tyler said
"Never said I was gonna bring you.." I said laughing. I went back home and just watched a movie in my room. My
Mom then told me that I had 8 extra plane tickets. I didn't know which one of My friends should get them. I was thinking of giving one to jess , the 2nd to Katie and 3rd to Ashley. Because I was closest with them.  Then I had 5 extras. We went over to Katie's house to watch an episode of some shows.
"Hey, so ... I was wondering if you guys wanted to go to Cuba with me?" I asked .
"Yeah of course!!!!!!" They yelled jumping up and Down.
"Haha alright ... Well I have 5 extra tickets... What should I do with them." I asked.
"Why don't we give the other half to the guys .. They're our friends..." Jess said.
"Well... So that'd be Jaden.... Jake...." I said.
"And tyler ...." Jess said.i didn't know if she was over him or not.
"Umm alrighty then I have 2 extra ones." I said.
"Then you choose ." Ashley said. I mean..I guess It wouldn't be that hard.
I got back home. Only to think about who I should give the two other tickets to. I didn't wanna give one to Leo because ... I feel like it'd be awkward if his friends weren't there . Plus .. I don't really know what to call us. But I don't know .. He knows some of my friends though.
**next day**
I went to pick up some groceries for my mom. I saw tyler.
"So jess told me that I can go on the trip!" He said.
"Yeah.. It was their idea .." I replied as I grabbed some apples.
"And they told me... There were two extra tickets left.. Who you gonna give them to?" He asked. I haven't even made up my mind so I didn't bother telling him.
"Come on... " he said.
"Look... I haven't made up my mind..." I said. As I was grabbing more vegetables , I started thinking.
"Look...what if I said you can choose one person you'd wanna bring." I said.
"Can't... You're already going on the trip ." He said.
"Umm.. I don't know how to respond to that.." I said.
"I'm kidding.. Come on Brooks.. We kid . But I'd say sure ... You don't think jess would mind if I bright Monica ... ?" He asked.
"Umm no ... " I replied . After that. I bought the food.. Put it in my trunk and a car pulled up. Bryce walked out.
"Okay.. Why do we always seem to be in the same place - anyways hey would you wanna go to Cuba with me?" I asked.
"Umm.. Forgive me alex but I barley know you.. Haha!" Bryce said.
"No .. Umm I'm not gonna be the only person there .. Jess is actually coming too..." I said. He then agreed. I know jess likes tyler but I know she also likes Bryce and I feel like she shouldn't waste her time. Bryce would be a good distraction for her. I went home and had to book hotels and shit . And I totally forgot I had to leave for L.A in a couple of days. I had to do so much shit!!!
