Annoying neighbour

So I got a text and Lauren told me she was coming to New York and staying with her cousin who apparently lives 15 min away from me. Lauren came over. I left to do some shopping and when I came back .. Tyler was in my house with her.
"Look Alex I know how much you hate Tyler .. But him and I are dating now !!!" Lauren said. My eyes widened.
"Alright well I'll see you later Lauren!" Tyler said.I cleaned up my house. They both left. Next day She texted me and asked if I wanted to eat dinner so I said yes. A cab drove her to my house. She was waiting outside while I went upstairs to find my purse. I went outside and I saw her talking to Tyler .
"... Umm what is he doing here?" I asked.
"Oh well I saw him getting mail and then he just came here and talked to me." Lauren said.
"Oh hey! How would you feel about Tyler coming to dinner with us?" Lauren asked. Seriously? The main thing I'm trying to do is keep my distance from him!
"What do you say?" Tyler asked.
"Sure... Hop along..." I said. We sat at a table. The conversations went well surprisingly. Tyler wasn't being annoying which was weird but good.
"The Mac and cheese here is amazing!" I said.
"Remember that time we had Mac and cheese and they accidentally gave us twice the amount and you had to hide it in your purse?" Tyler said to me.
"Wait what?" You guys went to dinner before together ? I thought you hate each other?" Lauren asked. I looked at Tyler .
"No .. Umm it was a bunch of friends and us getting dinner... I'd never date her haha .." Tyler said.
"Pshh haha ! That's funny! Me and him? No way .. Ha ... " I said.
I went home. I got a text from Dylan. He was apparently at the beach and was wondering if I wanted to go.I went for a walk. Those always calm me down. What do you know ! I see Tyler.
"Hey did you hear that zedd is performing at this rave in 2 days?" Tyler asked.
"Seriously ? Urghh they're probably sold out already." I said.
"Well I have 3 and I was gonna take jaden. And I know you're a big fan so would you wanna go?" Tyler asked.
"Yes!!! Yessssss! Haha!!" I said and almost hugged him then put my arms down.
"Umm yeah so I'll make sure to bring all the tickets on the day." Tyler said.
"Wait so where r u going?" Tyler asked.
"Oh I'm going to walk to the beach to meet someone." I replied.
"Oh cool. Well I'm heading back to your place ... Lauren invited me." Tyler said. I just didn't care. I went to the beach. I saw Dylan surfing. I sat on the sand. He saw me then got out the water.
"Oh you actually came! Let me change and dry up !" Dylan said. So I waited. He changed into some clothes and sat beside me after he came out.
"So .. What do you wanna do ?" I asked.
"Well I was thinking of asking you to take me and this girl somewhere because my brother has my car. I was confused.
"Wait so you called me over just to ask if I can drive you and this girl somewhere.... Umm no " I said. He laughed.
"I'm kidding. There's no girl. I wanted to go with you." Dylan sAid. I didn't know if he was lying.
"Look.. My cars even there. So...! Wanna hop in?" He said. We went to his car. He took me to this abandoned pier. I stepped out the car.
"I heard you like beaches and water so.. Why not take you to an abandoned one?" Dylan said. We walked around.
"This place is really cool how'd you find it?" I asked.
"You know... Just stumbled across it." Dylan said. We both laughed. We stood resting our arms on this fence on the bridge.
"So... Please tell me how an amazing girl like you is single?" Dylan asked. I laughed.
"That's a good question but umm ... I can ask the same ." I said smiling.
"So you think I'm an amazing girl ?" Dylan said. I rolled my eyes hitting his arm.
"Haha well I'm single because... Im .. Unlikeable." Dylan said laughing. We watched the waves go by and ate some snacks and fed the birds. He was pretty fun to be around. He drove me back home.
"Thanks for this adventure !" I said. He smiled.
"No problem." Dylan said. I stared back at him. He was slowly leaning in. I was leaning back. He laughed.
"Alright .. Too soon?" Dylan asked. I nodded. He smiled.
"See you around." I said smiling then left. I went in my house. Lauren and tyler were in the kitchen. I didn't wanna interrupt so I went straight to bed. The next day I woke up at 8. Lauren stayed over so I made a second batch of pancakes. I heard her walking down the stairs. But I heard double. I guess tyler stayed over. They walked in the kitchen.
"Hey guys! Pancakes?" I asked smiling but on the inside felt a little awkward.
"Yeah ! Ooooh I love chocolate chip pancakes!" Lauren said as she grabbed a plate. They ate outside in the backyard.

They came back inside.
"Umm not to be rude but .. Don't you guys wanna chill at Tyler's ... He lives a minute away.." I said.
"Haha yeah but your house has free Netflix and great food!" Tyler said. I gave him a look.
"Alright whatever just don't break anything .. I gotta be somewhere." I replied. Lauren and tyler continued watching shows. Me and Jess and Katie went out for dinner. I came back at like midnight.
**next morning***
I went downstairs and I heard someone cooking. I walk in and tylers making pancakes without a shirt on and a cloth on his shoulder.What even is happening.
"Umm ...,...?" I said. He turned around.
"Oh Hey... Umm .. Pancakes ?" Tyler asked. I looked at them. They looked pretty good. I crossed my arms.
"Uhh sure .." I said.
"Hey so why are you still at my house?" I asked. He laughed.
"Cause my house is being renovated just for an extra day.." Tyler said. I rolled my eyes and sighed.
"You just wanna sleep with Lauren." I said.
"Not true and Hey! I made pancakes! Be thankful !!they taste great right?" Tyler asked. I took a bite. It was delicious but I didn't wanna say that! I shifted my eyes.
"These are .... Awful ..." I said then threw it in the trash.
"You didn't just throw my families secret pancake recipe pancake in the trash... Did you..." Tyler said. I gave an evil look.
"Whoops .." I said . He laughed and smiled as he made the rest.
"Why are you laughing .. I threw out one of your precious pancakes out ?" I asked.
"No reason....." He replied.
