Babysitter

**next day**
I saw Tyler outside of his house talking to this girl at the mail post. Of course ! He's literally the definition of a whore. This man talks to every girl! I walked out my house to get the mail.
"Okay so 6pm?" She said.
"Yeah that sounds good." Tyler said. I was looking through my mail cubby. The girl left. Tyler was closing the door port.I closed the door to the port for my mail.
"Hey." Tyler said.
"Hey." I said then walked away.
"Heyyyyy come back. Let's be good ole neighbourhood friendly people and actually talk to each other."Tyler said.
"Look what do you want?" I asked.
"I need you to do something for me." Tyler said.
"No! I replied.
"Hey hey!" He said as he grabbed my hand. I waited for him to say something.
"Well it's my job to babysit my cousin but .... I can't" Tyler said.
"Why cause your gonna go out and kick it off with some girl?" I asked.
"Yeah ! Hey you're really good at guessing." Tyler said. I walked away.
"Ask one of your friends." I said.
"They're all busy!" Tyler said.
"Please.. For me?" Tyler said. I shook my head.
"I'll do anything ! Just tell me." Tyler said.
"Yeah sure I'll babysit if you stop talking to me for the rest of your life." I replied.
"Haha umm ... I don't know about that ." Tyler said. I walked away.
"Alex please my dates soon and I have to get ready.. I don't have time to play games." Tyler said.
"Oh my gosh!! Fine! " I replied annoyed.
"Okay cool then. By the way did I tell you that you looked really nice yesterday." Tyler said.
"I already said yes .. You don't needa start kissing up ." I replied. I finally got back home. Nice to know I'll be spending my day babysitting his cousin. I mean i like his cousin better than him so yeah. I got annoying texts from Tyler telling me to come cause he was about to leave. I arrived. I was wearing . Me and Jess and Katie were gonna go out for dinner. I arrived to his house.
"Hey Tim and I've never met you!" I said to tim and his sister.
"Her names Talia." Tim said. They were just watching tv. I went into the kitchen and sat at the table. Tyler came down the stairs.
"Oh hey." Tyler said.
"Hey! I thought we had our deal that you wouldn't talk to me." I said.
"Haha yeah I totally forgot .." Tyler said smiling then grabbed his car keys from the table. He came back to the dining table and sat there texting on his phone. I was looking at his outfit. He looked pretty cute in it but he's so annoying making me watch his cousins while he goes on a date. Although he kept on calling back and forth to check what time he should go at. I went in the living room to check up on Tim and talia. They were pretty mature for the ages of 12 and 14. Tyler left. A few hours passed. Jake called me.
"What's up?" I asked.
"Uhh just watching Tyler's cousins." I replied.
"Ohkay well I've been texting him but he hasn't replied so I guess he's still busy at his business meeting at the restaurant." Jake said. Wait! Back it up! Business meeting?!? Tyler told me he was going on a date. But why would he tell jake that it's a business meeting? Unless Tyler was trying to piss me off by making it seem like he was going on a date !!!!
"Umm yeah I think he'll be back soon" I replied. An hour flew by. It was 9pm. I had to set the kids up to bed. I was waiting till he got back. He finally did. I was ready to leave! He got inside.
"Great! So where's my $100 bucks you owe me?" I asked.
"Oh I thought we weren't talking?" Tyler asked sarcastically. I rolled my eyes.
"So .. How was your date?" I asked.
"Haha umm it was actually just a business meeting." Tyler replied taking his tie off.
"So that pretty girl was just your business worker you had to meet with?" I asked still unsure.
"Haha I hope I'm not sensing some jealousy from my fellow friend." Tyler said crossing his arms.
"I'm not jealous okay?. I'm gonna go." I said. Seemed like he was trying to make me jealous. I got back home. My mom was watching tv.
"Hey!" I said.
"I heard you had to babysit for Tyler's cousins haha!" My mom said laughing.
"Yeah.. He kinda forced me to." I said.
"Hey Alex, are you guys dating?" My mom asked me. My mom !! Asked me!!!
"What? No ! That's .. That's weird!! Why?" I asked.
"I don't know I'm probably wrong. But I see him talking to you outside and It seems like he always flirts with you ."
My mom said. Does she think she's some sort of psychologist?
"He flirts with every girl. Trust me.. If anything .. We're less than friends." I said then went upstairs. My dad texted me and told me all about my new script I wrote and tons of actors wanted to be apart of it. Apparently it was gonna be the next movie everyone would be talking about. My job is great. I literally write for my dad and make tons of money and get to chill.
**next day**
I went to the grocery store. As I was filling up some apples in a bag i saw Jess.
"Hey! So .. I might be pregnant!!!" Jess said.
"No way! You're already having a baby and I'm not even married ! " I replied.
"Well I think I am! Just don't tell anyone ! Not even Bryce!" Jess said. We talked while we shopped. I left the store. It was so weird to me how half my friends were already married while I wasn't even in a relationship. I put my groceries away. I had a letter at my door. It read .. "Meet me at these coordinates at 5pm. I mean .. It'd be pretty great if you came" . I think I have an idea who that was. I got dressed in some simple clothes. I just wore my black bomber jacket with jeans. I searched up the coordinates on my phone and it apparently was some place at a pier.
