Chapter 7

So later that day when I was driving back home .... I crashed the bumper from making a sharp turn. All I knew was that my mom was gonna kill my ass!!!!!  I tried to get IT fixed but i couldn't find any place that repaires it. Then my mom stepped in the house an hour later and started yelling ..

"Alex this was your 3rd time crashing this car ! You know what .. You can't use this car for a week because I've told you so many times to be careful" my mom yelled . IS she serious ?!

"No mom I'm going to a party tomorrow and its like 45 min away ! I can't bus there !" I said.

"Sorry but your gonna have to wait a week until you use this car! Quit being careless alex !" My mom said.

I honestly have the worst luck ever. And no, just cause I got into 3 car incidents doesn't mean I'm a bad driver .... The other times only got crashed becuase tbe other drivers weren't paying attention. Anyways so yay I guess I get to stay home watching lame movies while my friends are gonna be partying at the beach tomorrow. Sometimes my mom just takes things way to seriously and she never gives me a break for the little mistakes I make.

*****next day*****

So I woke up knowing I was gonna miss one of the best parties I could ever attend this year. I was literally so pissed when I walked into the dining room and for like 2 minutes ... It was pretty awkward.

"Hey so... I'm gonna be working at 7pm till 12am because they need an extra person so I'm gonna leave money so you can buy pizza." My mom said. I just sat eating my food and didn't answer. Does she really expect me to answer her after she took the car away. Mmm, NO!

"Look I know you're upset Alex but ignoring me and acting like a baby isn't gonna solve your problems."

"Ok since you feel like ignoring me... How do you feel about not being able to leave the house or have anyone at the house tonight?"

"No mom !!!! You can't !!!!!!" I yelled .

"Mmm well too bad you were choosing to act this way ! Sorry but you can NOT leave the house tonight or have anyone here becuase I'm gonna be grounding you today!" My mom angrily said.

"And IF you disrespect those rules tonight ..... You will be grounded for two weeks only because I know you're in misery." My mom said.  What a JERK!

(5pm)

So I had to call Jess and tell her I couldn't go. And she responded like this.

"You serious ? No nooooo I reallly wanted you to come !"

"Yeah me too but I got grounded for the dumbest reason... Look sorry I can't go !" I said.

"Well sorry you can't go either .... well I'm gonna get ready .. Sorry your grounded ." Jess said sadly.

(6 pm)

I sat on the stairs angrily starting at my mom. I then went into the kitchen when she did and started trying to make her feel bad ... But she's just like me. She doesn't give a crap if your trying to change her mind and make her feel sorry for you.

"Well here's 25 bucks, spend it on the pizza."

"Come on mom why are you doing this ?!"

"Doing what? I'm only teaching you what happens when you don't listen." My mom said.

"Alex don't be so upset. There's many things to do! We have a pool a hot tub a pool table you have a computer .... Just watch movies in the jacuzzi k because im not going to argue any longer!" My mom said.

I gave her a look and went to my room. I sat in bed for 5 minutes and I guess I overreacted. There's plenty more parties to come and .... I guess sitting in a jacuzzi watching mean girls sounds kinda fun.
