Movie shenanigans

Ryder picked me and Ashton up. Ryder insisted for me to sit in the front with him cause apparently his front seat was Okay. Before we left.....
"Hey Ashton I called Tina and asked if she wanted to come to the movies with us." Ryder said. Ashton looked a little stressed out.
"Yeah man whatever." Ashton said then just looked outside through the window. We drove to the theatre. We walked in. That girl Tina was there waiting. We went to watch the movie "Power rangers". Wasn't my first choice to be honest. Ryder walked into the first seat , I followed him In the next seat then Ashton sat in the one next to me then Tina sat on the one next to Ashton. We were watching the previews that took forever! Then finally the movie started. Ashton finished all his popcorn so he would reach for some from Ryder. Half way into the movie Ashton and Tina were like "snuggling". It was kinda weird for me and Ryder because no one likes pda. Although it seemed like Ashton didn't want to. He turned to me.
"Hey, do you guys have anymore popcorn?" Ashton whispered.
"Um yeah... Take mine ." Ryder said as he passed it down. A coupl minutes later.
"Dude I swear I saw that actress at one of calvin Harris's concerts haha!" Ashton whispered to me.
"Oh her! Now I remember.. She got mad at my friend haha!" I said. The movie was over later. We got out our seats. Tina went to use the bathroom and so did Ashton. Me and Ryder were waiting at the lobby for them.
"Man the kid behind me was kinda annoying me by crying when his skittles fell." Ryder said. Ashton walked out the bathhroom.
"I'm gonna use the bathroom." Ryder said. I went in the car to wait because
The theatre lobby was getting full from people watching the movie that was playing next. I sat in the front seat. I was texting on my phone. The door opened.
"Hey Ryder -" I said then looked to the side.
"Not Ryder but um Ryder's making me drive ... " ashton said. He started the car. Ryder apparently texted me saying the line up was taking forever. Me and Ashton waited in the car. He didn't say anything. It was kinda an awkward silence .
"How was the movie?" I asked.
"Ummm it was okay . Half the time I wanted to be in the movie fighting people." Ashton said.
"Haha yeah the bad guys would kick your ass down!" I said. He laughed.
"I think you'd be able to kick the bad guys down if you were in the movie!" Ashton said.
"Really?" I asked.
"Nah." He replied then a second later laughed. I rolled my eyes and laughed.
Ryder came back. He sat in the seats behind us.
"Oh You're sitting in the front?" Ryder asked me.
"Yeah why ?" I asked.
"I thought you were gonna sit in the back seat with me to show me how to beat level 34 on angry birds." Ryder said. Ashton turned around.
"Dude .. Should I drive now?" Ashton asked. Ashton drove to my house first to drop me off.
"Alright well bye. Ryder " I said as I turned around facing Ryder then he hugged me unexpectedly.
"And bye ashton.." I said. I held my hand out.
"What?" Ashton. Asked laughing. I was confused If he was messing around.
"Haha never mind." He said the. Shook my hand. I got home. My mom was talking on the phone to someone. I was in the dining room eating an apple. She got off the phone and walked to the living room.
"Hey! Who were you talking to? You seemed a little concerned." I asked.
"Oh well apparently tyler got into a car crash and went to the hospital." My mom said. I hesitated.
"Who's tyler ?" I asked.
".. Your friend tyler !!" My mom said.
"Oh him... Sorry I haven't spoken to him for so long that I forgot who he was." I replied. I know it sounds rude but I kinda didn't even care that he got into a car crash. I mean he has several friends that can check and see if he's okay. One less person won't matter. My friends were texting me telling me about how he got into a crash. Apparently they said he's still alive. Which was another reason I didn't have to go.
**next day **
I hung out with Katie at her house.
"Hey by the way I'm gonna be leaving later for my date with this guy." Katie said.
"Yeah it's fine.. Ryder asked me if I wanted to hang out-" I said then got inturuppted.
"Oooohh"Katie said. I rolled my eyes.
"What?" I asked.
"Do you like him?" Katie asked.
"What!? I mean he's pretty nice and cool .. I don't know maybe I do." I replied. Hours passed and I left. I got back home. Instead of driving I walked to Ryder's house.
