Divorce day

So we got to the court. The judge and the people did their thang. And we were officially divorced. We walked out. I walked to my car. Tyler walked to me.

"Hey.. Alex !" Tyler said just as I was about to open my door.

"Yeah..?" I asked.

"I mean .... I know we probably won't be seeing each other at all.... So I kinda wanna do a good bye or something... You know like an official breakup." Tyler said.

"Uhh yeah sure . Well hope you find someone great to spend your life with." I said.

"Yeah I hope you find someone great and not an asshole like me because this divorce was the right thing on both ends." Tyler said.

"Tyler really?... You don't needa sugar coat this . So get out of here with the bs.Like you don't needa convince me this divorce NEEDED to happen cause it Did.." I said.

"Yep and this is the reason why I - umm nevermind ." Tyler said.

"Anyways I gotta go celebrate my divorce with some friends." I said as I was about to hop in my car . Then he grabbed my hand and pulled me out.

"What?!!" I asked annoyed.

"I didn't know you were this excited to divorce me that you'd celebrate .." Tyler said.

"I mean ... You're happy that this divorce happened as well so.." I said.

"Yeah I am happy I just think you shouldn't disrespect me like that .. And celebrate how it is a great thing to divorce me or something . Cause I'm not gonna celebrate this.." Tyler said.

"Whatever ... Im glad I don't have to be with you ever! I mean about 6 months into the marriage I knew it was already gonna end and really wanted the divorce back then."I said not really thinking . But I didn't mean it I was just tryna top him.
"Well .. Interesting you felt that way because I actually was talking to Stella during 6 months into our marriage because I knew it wasn't going to last as well!" Tyler said. .... What the fuck?!? I thought him and i made it mutual maybe a year into our marriage that we were seeing other people.

I kinda stood there with a shocked slash disappointed look.

"You're an asshole." I said as I opened my car door.

"Shit .. Wait Alex ." Tyler said.

"What?! You're such an asshole .. I never even did shit to you that early Into the marriage and- you know what have a great life... You no longer have to be With me so happy early Christmas ." I said and drove away.

That fucking slut. I was kinda okay with us talking to other people maybe a year into our marriage because that's when it was going downhill. Didn't know he was talking to another bitch that early. And that was Kind of bothering me. I know this marriage is over but if he really wanted to piss me off by saying that.. Well he better be prepared for something. So I hit up Tyler's friend from high school. The thing was.. Tyler and jack were friends but they weren't best friends so this was a reason he couldn't express his madness to him if he saw us together.
Jack was cute not gonna lie. He had no clue I was trying to make Tyler mad but at the same time I wanted to know jack more. So maybe 2 weeks later there was this party that jake was having at his house. Me and jack went together. We walked in. I saw Tyler and jaden chilling by the couch. Me and jack kinda just talked for a little then he went to say hi to jake. Tyler walked over to me.

"Alex , what are you doing?" Tyler asked .

"Doing what?" I asked.

"You know jack and I are friends... Why are you trying to get with one of my friends .." Tyler asked me.

"And you care cause ...?" I asked then walked away.

I walked to jaden.
"Hey Tyler man .. What did you say to Alex?" Jaden asked me.

"Dude why is Alex here with jack? Me and jack used to be friends in highschool." I said.

"... Well you guys are divorced . Does it really matter who you guys talk to? You're happy with Stella." Jaden said.

"That's not the point ... She shouldn't just fuck me over like that and get with my friend... I'm gonna be back.." I said and walked back to Alex.

"Hey .. I haven't spoken to jake in so long .. Thanks for taking me here." Jack said.

"Yeah , hey after this party do you wanna-" I said then got interrupted.

"Hey jack ! Long time no see! Like .. Really long time..." Tyler said.

"Haha Tyler .. What's up? " jack said.

"Nothing much! You know just got out of a divorce .... Best thing of my life!" Tyler said as he looked at me.

"Shit really ?.. With who?!" Jack asked Tyler.

"...you know what .. Just some bitch ... I forget her name ." Tyler said. I gave a pissed off look to Tyler.

"Well shit then. Hey man I'll get back to you ... I promised jake I'd get back to him as well." Jack said. Jack left .

"..... Just some bitch ?" I asked.

"... Is that not true?" Tyler asked. I laughed . But in an annoyed way.
" hey ... Do you know what jacks favourite candy is?.." I Asked Tyler.

"No and if I knew I wouldn't tell you." Tyler said.
I rolled my eyes.

"Are you just trying to make me jealous or something by tryna get with a friend of mine .. Cause I don't care like I don't even like you anymore ... It's more of the fact that you're disrespecting me." Tyler said.

"... Whatever .... You shouldn't even care since you don't have any feelings towards me." I said and walked away.
