Being too curious

So I woke up at around 3am in the morning. It was still dark outside. Dylan was asleep. I went back to sleep. A few hours I was woken up by.
"Wake up! Jess and Bryce are having their anniversary breakfast at 10 am!"Tyler said.
"Huh? What time is it now?" I asked.
"Wait whys He here?" Tyler asked.
"He fell asleep here but hello! What time is it?" I asked. He checked his phone.
"It's 8:45 am .. And jess was trying to reach you but you didn't pick up." Tyler said. I got up and went to get ready.
**tyler and Dylan pov***
Tyler stood outside. Dylan woke up.
"Hey ... I think I recognize you from that party .. I'm Dylan .." Dylan said.
"I'm Tyler.." Tyler said. They shook hands. Dylan was confused.
"What's happening ? Where did Alex go?" Dylan asked.

So I got ready. I went back outside to find Dylan.
"Hey ! Dylan umm well I really gotta hurry and get to my friends anniversary breakfast so yeah." I said. He got up.
"Oh ok I'll leave and let you get ready." Dylan said and left. I finished getting ready. Tyler was in my kitchen. I was just about to walk out the door.
"What are you still doing here..?" I asked. He was eating pop tarts.
"Tim ate all the pop tarts ... But yeah I'll go to my car now.." Tyler said.
I got to Jess's house. Her backyard is huge so there were a bunch of tables set up all around and there were quite a bunch of people. I was sitting In a table with Jaden, jake, and kourtney. We sorta caught up. I looked over at the other table. It's just so weird seeing lauren who's one of my close friends being affectionate with Tyler. It kind of makes me have this flashback of when him and I dated even though I don't really like him I guess. It's kinda hard to look away though. After everyone ate everyone got up and socialized and all that old people stuff. Music was playing and Bryce and jess were on the dance floor. I went over to lauren.
"Hey !! Jess didn't put you in our table! I really wanted to catch up on the bachelor with you !" Lauren said. I laughed.
"Haha did you see Jess mess up the toast! Classic thing for her to do!" I said. She laughed.
"hey wanna come over to my house at 8pm to watch the bachelor?" I asked.
"Yes!!"lauren said. Tyler came over and hugged lauren and gave her a kiss. He looked at me after.
"Hey Alex ,jess wants you." Tyler said. I went over to jess. We talked and after the whole shabang I left. I finally got home and fell straight onto the couch. It was only 12pm and I was already tired of my whole day. I heard a ring on my door. It was tyler.
"Hey oh yeah I accidentally took this box of pop tarts." Tyler said.
"Accidentally?..." I said then grabbed them from him.
"Hey so is that Dylan dude your new boyfriend?" Tyler asked. It was kind of random of him.
"Umm I guess sorta why?" I asked a little suspicious.
"Oh no! I'm just happy for you cause finally you have a boyfriend cause now it won't be so weird since I have a girlfriend and now you have someone." Tyler said.
"Alright ..... " I replied.
"Hey did you get a haircut?" I asked.
"Haha yeah how could you tell? You're the First person who noticed." Tyler said laughing.
"Oh i only noticed cause it looks super bad!" I said smiling joking around.
"Whatever brooks." Tyler said then left.
"Hey! Tyler! It's not ugly ! I was just kidding!" I yelled. He smiled and shook his head.
He left. It was kinda weird how he was happy I was speaking to someone.
I went for a drive just to feel the breeze. I went over to Jakes house. I was helping kourtney make cookies for something. I went in the living room to talk to jake.
"Hey! You got a new tv."I said.
"Yeah! So Tyler was talking to me about proposing soon to lauren." Jake said. I didn't say anything.
"Haha alex? " he asked.
"Oh yeah umm that's cool.. But I really don't care about what he does." I replied. Why would he propose soon when they've only been together for less than a year. I went back to my house. Lauren was about to walk to my front steps.
"Oh hey ! You're early!" I said.
"Oh yeah I was gonna chill with Tyler then bounce right back here." Lauren said. We got in my house. We were making cookies but I ran out of sugar.
"I think Tyler has sugar.. You can ask him for some." Lauren said. I went over to his house.
"Hey..," he said.
"Do you have any sugar?" I asked. He went to the kitchen to find some. While he was looking ., I couldn't resist asking him about proposing to lauren.
"So do you love Lauren?" I asked. He stopped looking.
"What?" He asked.
"Umm yes.. Why are you asking me?" Tyler asked.
"Huh? Oh well cause I just wanna make sure you're not with her if you don't like her, since she's my best friend and that's happened before." I said making some shit up.
"I can assure you I do love her !!." Tyler said.
"Did you know my aunt got married when she and her husband were only together for 3 months.. Isn't that so short !!" I said. He looked a little suspicious.
"What's up? You're not okay. are you." Tyler said.
"I'm fine .. Now can I have the sugar already!!" I said.
"Uh yeah.. Here.. But next time don't bombard me with all those questions.."Tyler said.
"Whatever .." I said walking towards the door. He chased after me.
"Hey ! If there's something you're not telling me.. -"Tyler said.
"There's nothing ..." I said as I interrupted then walked out the house.
I went back home. I should of shut my mouth instead of asking those questions so randomly. Me and Lauren made cookies. We then watched the bachelor then she left and went to tylers. This whole day just felt like a mess for me.
