Alice Point of View

I wake up in the morning feeling really tired, I shouldn't have done those extra laps in the pool.  I get out of bed and stumble to the bathroom.  A girl with messy brown hair frowns back at me.  I brush my teeth and shower, rushing back to my room to grab my bra, underwear and some light blue skinny jeans and a dark green scoop-necked top along with a long necklace.

I put them on and look through my bathroom bag, pulling out some eyeliner and mascara.  Its been awhile since I've used these.  I didn't find much use of them here.  Putting them on I looked into the mirror, will do.

I go back to the main room and start packing up my suitcase, putting my bathroom bag in.  After that, I checked around to see if there was anything lying around, I hate losing my stuff.  I remember in Barbados I was staying in this hotel room and I lost this awesome bracelet that Franco had given me, it was silver chains with different shells and corals hanging off of them that he had found in a market there.  I left it in the bathroom and forgot about it until later when we had already checked out of the hotel.  He had bought me another one that looked just like it but I didn't want to disappoint him again.

I got into the elevator, effortlessly carrying the now heavy suitcase in my right hand, I pressed the down button and waited.

I really need to call Gabrielle aka Gabbie.  She would know what I have to pack.  She's my personal stylist.  Basically she picks out clothes for me and stuff.  Not that I wasn't stylish myself (insert sarcasm here), she just knew what to wear when going into a new environment.  You wouldn't want to stick out when you want to blend in.

Her job was to make sure that I blended in to any place I went to, she wasn't here in Singapore because she was on one of her frequent 'holidays'.  For her that meant hanging out in her apartment in New York eating frosting and watching crappy romantic movies.  Not for long, she was meeting me soon.  Oh and she's the closest thing I have to a best friend in this world.

The elevator opens and I walk out, still carrying the suitcase, a doorman comes up to help me with it.  I reluctantly hand it over and have the pleasure of seeing him gasp and almost drop the suitcase.  I forgot to mention the 20 kilos of firepower that I had oh so carefully hid between my clothing.  Whoops!

When I finish checking out and eating their delicious breakfast, (buffets are my favorite!) I walk outside and find the same black mercedes.  I open the door and get in, from the corner of my eyes I can see the doorman struggling to get the suitcase in the trunk.  I smile to myself, I used to do that too, before the operation...

I close the door behind me and buckle my seatbelt.  “Airport please.” I say to the driver who just nods and starts to pull out.  Sheesh, a hello would've been nice!  These company drivers I tell you!  I was a little irritated since Franco wasn't here, he had to deal with some emergency issues with a mysterious cake incident and would meet me later.  On the plus side of things, I would get to meet Gabbie on the flight!  Can't wait for that!

I watched the driver drive from the backseat with annoyance.  Any other day I could have driven myself.  Too bad I'm underage.

As the car pulled up to the airport, I got shivers on the back of my neck.  The last time I was here was still on the back of my mind, no matter how hard I tried to forget it.  There were always these questions that were burning on the back of my mind.

If Alex is really an agent, then what was he doing tailing me?  What was he supposed to do? Kill me?  And who did he work for?  A flashback of the last moment I had seen him flashed into my mind, him walking to the elevator, half facing me.  Curiosity in his eyes and the sun hitting his blond hair.  And then he had said that he would see me again, did he really mean that?

I got out of the car and went to the trunk, which was already propped up thanks to the driver in the front.  I grabbed my suitcase and proceeded to the checkout.  Where is Gabbie?

Finally I spotted her, and when I did I seriously started to regret it.  She was standing on a small table in an open cafe scanning the room desperately looking for me, the staff of the cafe looked really annoyed but somehow they couldn't seem to get her off.

Hehehe, thats my Gabbie.  She was around 25 but she acted like a child.  Her appearance didn't help either.  She was a blond with short pixie hair that stuck up in all directions, more specifically she was towheaded meaning she had really light blond hair, I mean really light.  Her eyes were a nice light blue color.  She was generally a small build but she made up for it with her amazing personality, usually being funny, childish, loud and proud of it.

Finally she spotted me and yelled out for the whole airport to hear.  “Hey Alice!  You look like you're lost in Wonderland!  Hahaha Get it?” Wow, kill me already, I thought blushing.  Is she drunk?
