Chapter 6

I sighed in relief that today went well with me down running the shop instead of Kashou because of his injury. Some customers asked about him and I told them he was fine he just had a large cut on his arm. After we were done Vanilla pulled me aside after work to talk to me. "You wanted to speak with me?" i asked her. "Yeah." "It's about yesterday..." she blushed deeply "I wanted to thank you for saving us and being so nice to us. <3" she gently kissed me on the cheek. I hugged her affectionately and then kissed her too. Chocola came down wondering what we were doing and saw us. She gasped, and musically said "Qrow loves Vanilla. <3" "Yeah what about it?" I replied "Chocola and Vanilla are already master's catpanions..." Chocola said with a sad-ish tone. "Anyone else?" I asked "Azuki and Coconut too." she said. "If he has a harem of four I think he can make an exception." I said laughing quietly hugging Vanilla affectionately. "I don't care, I love you anyway Vanilla." I said happily. "I love you too <3" she replied as I picked her up and carried her upstairs to change into her pajamas and then I pulled her onto the couch with me and she fell asleep in my arms. I gently and affectionately rubbed her head and even though she was still asleep I could see her smiling. A little while later I woke up with Vanilla gently shaking me to wake me up. I got up, rubbed the sleep out of my eyes standing up I hugged her and since she and Chocola were already changed I picked up Vanilla and carried her downstairs and unlocked the door to let everyone else in to change and get ready to open. They seemed to notice my affection towards Vanilla and actually asked me about it and if I joined Kashou in his harem. "I haven't gone that far yet, but I do love her, She's quiet, polite, really nice, and also kinda pretty in her own way." I said with a chuckle. And before the customers started coming in I asked her if she was ready to go and kissed her and then Kashou came down. "You're feeling better?" I asked with a mischievous grin "Yes much better, thanks for your help." Kashou said. "Also I heard you two talking. And with how helpful you've been and if Vanilla is okay with it I am." "Thank you Kashou." I said. "Thank you master!" Vanilla said coming up to us and hugging us. Me and Kashou smiled and rubbed her head and the day went on as normal.
