The next morning I woke up, everyone still sleeping soundly. I rubbed my eyes and sighed, realizing I'd have to wait for everyone to wake up before I could get up. After about half an hour everyone woke up and got off of me, and I cooked breakfast. "Nice beard." Royal said jokingly. "Wait what? Ugh. I'm going to have to shave after breakfast." I said. "You look strange with a beard. As if you didn't wear enough black, you're growing a beard? That's a bit too much black." Royal said. I finished eating and grabbed one of my huge knives. "What are you doing?" Kashou asked. "Shaving." I replied, nonchalantly. "With that huge thing?!" he said. "This is how real men shave." I said with a chuckle. "This may be huge, but I used to use my butterfly knife, back when that thing was brand new, I could skin you and you wouldn't notice." "Using my knives is also a far cry cheaper than having to constantly buy new razors, then again, it's also a lot more dangerous, but I've had a lot of practice." I said. I finished, and stuck my knife back in it's sheath. I opened my mini fridge I had set off to the side, full of pretty much nothing but energy drinks, but I also had an assortment of soft drinks, and some other things. I grabbed one of the energy drinks and sat back down at the table, cracking it open. I asked Royal if he wanted one. "Sure." he said. I went back to the mini fridge. "Catch." I said, tossing him one. He either didn't react quickly enough or didn't hear me, because it smacked him square in the face. I fell over laughing. I recollected myself and picked it up for him and he bonked me on the back of the head. "I guess I deserved that." I said with a chuckle. After a few minutes I finished my energy drink and stood up with a stretch. I grabbed my revolver and slid it in one of the drawers in the back of the shop's counter, and I stuck a note on the drawer as I headed out for a jog. After a while I came across a blacksmith's shop. I quite enjoyed smithing, and so I went to check it out. "Need any help? My depth perception is a bit messed up because I've only got one eye, but it should be fine." I said. "If you can stand the heat." He said, chuckling. I took off my trench coat and my T-shirt and I stuck my T-shirt in one of my trench coat's pockets as I hung it up. He handed me a hammer and told me what he needed me to do. I was able to work quickly and efficiently and with my assistance, his workload was cut in half. "Thank you." He said. "No problem." I replied. "There were a couple other things I wanted to do, and you have all the equipment I need, so perhaps you could help me out. I was planning on making myself a sword. Also I wanted to try making some roses. It would take quite a while, but if you want I have plenty of cash and I will of course help out." I said. "Okay, and with how helpful you were earlier you can keep your money." He said. "Great, thank you," I replied. It took several hours but I got my sword perfectly balanced, and I had a sheath made too. He also had leather working equipment so I began making the straps that the sheath would attach to, because it was simply too heavy to hang from my belt. After a few more hours of working I got the leather strap done, and I attached the sheath to it, and went back to help the blacksmith with finishing up the roses. "Man time flew." I said, as I looked outside. By the time we finished it was closing time for the shop. The blacksmith handed me all eight of the completed metal roses, two were red, and the rest were yellow. (Because yellow seems to be the only color most devoted to friendship, as opposed to romance, aside from black ones, which symbolize death, and blue roses, which are unobtainable without dyeing the rose, the closest to blue roses get is more of a lilac color.) I stuck them in a small cloth pouch so they wouldn't get all dirty, because I was sweaty as hell and caked with quite a lot of soot. He also handed me eight silver rings, four of which were engraved with each letter of my name, and four were just plain silver. I stuck them in a separate cloth pouch and I stuck the two pouches in a pocket inside my trench coat. I hung my trench coat around my shoulders, using only the top button to keep it from blowing away, as I sprinted back to the shop. I opened the door and walked in. Cinnamon looked at me and started mumbling something about my muscles and Vanilla asked where I had been. "You went for a walk and then disappeared, everyone was so worried I actually had to check my phone so we knew where you were." Kashou said. "If you didn't notice how much soot I was caked in, there was a blacksmith in town, and I decided to help him out. He also helped me make some things which if you all can stay a little while longer while I take a shower I can show you them." I said, I headed upstairs and carefully walked so I didn't stain the carpet. Since Raven's outfit's were dark, so you wouldn't really notice if they got dirty she thankfully decided to bring my clothes to the washer, and I reminded myself to thank her. I hopped in the shower, and took quite a while to get myself all cleaned off. I liked my long hair, the only problem was brushing it, it takes for EVER. I finally finished, and got dressed again. "Hey Kashou, Can you help me clean my ears?" I asked. "Sure." he said. I sat down, and he grabbed some moistened cotton and began cleaning my ears. It felt strange... "Now I understand why Chocola and Vanilla find your ear cleanings erotic..." I said. "Oh god, are you going to go into heat or something..." He said. I burst out laughing. "No, of course not... It does feel quite nice though, it's very relaxing." I said. He finished cleaning my ears and I went over to my trench coat and grabbed the two pouches. I pulled out my 4 rings and slipped them on my left hand. I headed back downstairs, and handed one of the red metal roses to Vanilla, and the other to Cinnamon, and then I handed everyone else the yellow ones. I handed Raven a silver ring, I handed one to Lemon, one to Royal, and one to Kashou. I thanked Raven for washing my clothes, and everyone thanked me for the gifts as I hung up my sword. My sword had straps to hang off my shoulder so that it would be hanging on my left side, or it also had straps to go across my back diagonally, as well as across my back horizontally just above my belt. I was super tired after working at the blacksmith's shop so I ate dinner rather quickly and headed off to bed.
