Chapter 103, Book 2. While They're Gone, Part 3.

Evelyn stroked Royal's hair gently, making sure that he was okay, comforting him as he lay down with his head in her lap. She smiled softly to him and purred, letting him rest and get comfortable with her.

"So, if it's so bad that the Rivals are coming back, is there anything I should know about them?" Evelyn asked.

Royal rolled over so that he was laying face up on her lap rather than toward her and sighed.

"There are quite a few. I don't know how many of them are actually going to show their faces again, other than Darius and Wolf, but Razor's sure to show up soon enough, so we can practically count on that fucker coming around." Royal said.

"But anyway, we've got Eddie, he's not much of a threat, he's just a shitbag who will diss anybody who encroaches upon his crew and their rep." Royal said to start off the list.

"Ryo is next. He's more dangerous than Eddie, but still not that big of a threat. He blames me for him being broke, after I beat him in a professional street race and became the new king. Then he went to illegal street races after his girl dumped him only to find out I was the king of that too, so he was pretty fucking pissed off about that." Royal continued.

"Razor is an absolute fucking bastard, a complete cunt, and Coconut's former abusive owner, before the Minadukis took her in. He also sabotaged my engine once to cheat in a race and win my car, resulting in me getting arrested and having to work my way through the Blacklist, a list of the top 15 most wanted Street Racers. He's pretty dangerous, and you definitely want to watch out for him. He drives a black Mustang with flames painted on it." Royal said, his voice toned with malice, he clearly hated this guy, probably the most out of all of the rivals he listed off to her, but nonetheless he continued the list.

"Caleb is also pretty dangerous. He leads a street racing gang known as the Wraiths, and is also a douche. He's known for making back alley deals and shit to keep the sponsors and money flowing to him and his crew throughout the racing scene. He's definitely dangerous, and will take out anybody in his way." Royal said, warning Evelyn before continuing on to the last group of rivals.

"Then, there's Darius and his gang, the Stacked Decks, the primary members of which are Wolf, Angie, and Kenji. Darius and his gang are definitely back, and the most dangerous of all of them. He once set me up in a Street Race between some crew leaders and when some cops showed up at the finish line to break up the race, one of his goons swapped out the cash bag and so I took off to another town with a fake bag of cash. As a result the crews blamed me for taking the real cash and setting up the police bust, which I didn't do, and now here he is again, looking like he's gonna cause some serious problems for us. He already busted Ox's arm... Who knows what's next..." Royal said nervously, finishing up the list.

"Don't worry, I'm sure with all of us, especially my brother and I, we'll be able to handle them, especially if you've run them off before. How hard could it be, hm?" Evelyn asked with a playful smile, laying down somewhat habitually, bringing Royal to rest gently on top of her, where he closed his eyes and got comfortable for a while.

Eventually it got quite dark outside, and Royal dozed off cuddling with Evelyn, who herself also lost track of time and was on the verge of sleep when Coconut and Cinnamon came upstairs, their approach rousing Evelyn from near sleep.

"O-oh, I'm sorry... I didn't mean to intrude, or anything... I know Royal is you girls' Master..." Evelyn said softly.

"No, no! It's alright... It's actually really cute... He looks so comfy too, he's been really restless since those guys showed up, right Nacchan?" Cinnamon said softly.

"Yeah, actually... I'm happy that he's so relaxed, even if I am a little jealous... You've really helped out with that, so... Thank you..." Coconut said somewhat shyly, before smiling a bit.

"Alright, the shop's all locked up... Oh, Miss Evelyn... I forgot you were here..." Kashou said as he had come up the stairs.

"If you two are okay with it, perhaps Miss Evelyn should stay the night here? It's quite dark, now." Kashou said, looking at Cinnamon and Coconut.

"Y-Yeah I don't mind." Coconut said.

"Me neither, it'll be so fun, getting to cuddle with Evelyn~." Cinnamon said with a soft smile.

"Alright then... I appreciate your hospitality..." Evelyn said before gently jostling Royal. "Alright, time to wake up, big boy, I know it's late but you need to get off me so you can get to bed." Evelyn said as Royal slowly opened his eyes.

"Ah shit, what time is it?" Royal asked sleepily.

"It's late, come to bed with us~" Cinnamon said as Coconut dragged Royal to the bedroom, getting in their giant bed together while Cinnamon helped Evelyn find some pajamas... However, nothing fit, not even Royal's clothes.

"Looks like I'll have to get my pajamas from home, but I'll still gladly accept your invitation to stay. I'll be right back..." Evelyn said slightly sheepishly, a little embarrassed that not even Royal's clothes fit her, though she really didn't expect anything different.

Meanwhile, Royal, Coconut, and Cinnamon got comfortable in bed, staying up for a bit to wait for Evelyn to get back. Once she arrived, she came up to the doorway, dressed in her usual pajamas. A nice t-shirt which mostly concealed her sexy lingerie underneath, with a nice pair of lace-top stockings.

"Hi... Sorry it took so long, I couldn't fit any of the pajamas you guys had. My... Assets... Were too big..." She said, blushing a little before walking over to the bed.

"My god, I wish my bed were this big." She added.

"All the better to cuddle all my Nekos... And you too, now... There's plenty of space for everybody to be comfortable, even you." Royal replied, which made Evelyn blush pink a little bit.

"Come on in, Evelyn... Join the cuddle pile. Royal can use you as a pillow since you're taller than him~." Cinnamon said, gesturing for her to come closer.

Evelyn came over to the edge of the bed and climbed up onto it, crawling over to them on her hands and knees, before managing to lay down next to Royal and shift into the spot where he had been laying, while he got comfortable on top of her...

"Hehe... Such a comfy cuddle pile..." Coconut said slightly playfully as Cinnamon and Coconut cuddled up to either side of the Evelyn and Royal sandwich, the two catgirl sisters reaching up and teasing Evelyn by scratching her ears.

The ear scritches caught her off guard, causing her to purr really loudly and blush from embarrassment.

"Damn Evelyn, I didn't know you were a motorboat..." Royal joked sleepily as she shuddered a bit, Cinnamon and Coconut letting go of Evelyn's ears as they snuggled up to her for a nice sleep, surrounded by the warmth of the others, while Royal took comfort in her soft body, and the comfort of his two Catpanions, currently on either side of her...

It almost made her a little jealous of them, but here they were, in a wonderful cuddle pile, happy to be here and very tired... The serenity of the room lulling her to sleep with the others, she closed her eyes as everything went quiet, all four of them falling peacefully asleep together in Royal's bed, Evelyn getting some of the best sleep she's had in a while...
