Today, Hana was the first to wake, pushing aside the blankets to sit up, before giving Qrow a gentle scratch behind his large, soft ears. Qrow smiled a little while still sleeping.

She put on her slippers and headed out to the Kitchen, where Evelyn was already sitting.

"Good morning, Hana. Is Qrow still asleep, then?" Evelyn asked.

"Yeah, he was-" Hana was interrupted by a yawn "- pretty tired last night. But it's fine to let him sleep in today, there's not much important going on today anyway." Hana replied, making herself some coffee to start the morning.

There was a soft Bwipwoop, and Evelyn pulled out her phone, checking her messages.

Hana and Evelyn sat around the table in the kitchen, enjoying some breakfast , when Qrow woke up, sleepily making his way out to the kitchen to have breakfast with them as he woke up slowly.

"Alright, I'll be off then, see you two later." Evelyn said excitedly after breakfast, heading out of the house.

Hana smiled. "She seems excited. I wonder where she's off to..." Hana asked Qrow, a rhetorical question.

"Speaking of that, would you like to go out? Or would you rather stay home with me, so we can just relax?" Qrow asked in response. "Or we could go out for a while, then once it starts getting late, we can come home and cuddle up, maybe watch a movie or something?" Qrow added.

"That sounds wonderful~" Hana said, wrapping her arms around Qrow's waist.
"Where shall we go first?" She asked.

"Why don't we just go for a walk, and see where we end up from there?" Qrow replied.

"That's a wonderful idea." Hana replied, coming up to Qrow's side and gently hugging his left arm to stay close while the two of them went out for a walk.

Qrow smiled softly as they went for a walk down toward the ocean-line, where it was the perfect place to go sightseeing, with some small shops and cafes they could stop in.

The ocean waves were moving fairly gently this time of day, and the weather was lovely, as they strolled down the path built alongside the ocean, enjoying the gentle breeze. If one looked out toward the water, they could faintly see the skyline of another city across the way, tiny and distant. After enjoying the fresh air for a while, they decided to take a seat on a bench overlooking the water.

Hana sat next to Qrow, resting her head gently on the side of his shoulder in a very serene, ladylike manner as they watched some people pass. A woman walked by with a smaller catgirl and Hana smiled softly.

"I still remember when you were a kitten... Really big ones, you and your sister, even when you were only a few weeks old. You were at least as tall as that young one passing by us when you were two weeks old. At around 3 months, you were up to here on me." She said, gesturing to the point halfway up her upper arm. "It's really no surprise you and Evelyn got as tall as you did... It's kind of funny sometimes, having the two of you dwarf me." Hana said

Qrow chuckled softly and gave Hana a hug. "How tall are you again, maybe five foot six inches?"

"Something like that, but it feels like I get shorter every day." Hana said with a soft giggle.

Qrow smiled, and then his ears swiveled to face a set of footsteps approaching them, which led him to turn toward their source.

"Apologies if I'm interrupting, but would you two like to come into the Patisserie? We have plenty of hot tea, hand picked by me, to compliment the wide variety of pastries we have to offer." A blonde American Curl catgirl with green eyes said politely, greeting them.

Qrow looked past her for a moment to notice they were indeed sitting at a bench outside a pleasant smelling patisserie, which he was surprised he hadn't noticed earlier.

"Shall we?" Qrow asked Hana, who looked briefly up at the catgirl in the maid uniform.

"That sounds delightful." Hana replied with a warm smile as Qrow stood up, offering Hana his arm, before the two of them followed the catgirl, whose nametag read "Maple", into the patisserie, taking a seat.

Inside they were greeted by numerous other catgirls of varying breeds, who all seemed hard at work, carrying pastries and drinks to other patrons inside the shop, which had a very sweet scent and a warm, friendly atmosphere. It all even seemed vaguely familiar... Like he'd been here before... He brushed off the odd feeling of Deja Vu, or more accurately, he was abruptly distracted as he heard an audible gasp from one of the shorter staff, a raven black haired girl, came rushing over. At first he thought they were a catgirl, but now that she was closer, it appeared to be a young human girl, roughly twelve, whose eyes lit up with a surprising amount of excitement as she examined him.

"You must tell me where you found such an amazing breed! He seems to be a black cat, but he's much too large to be an ordinary mixed-breed black cat! I must know what breed he is! He is simply wondrous, not only a male, but a breed I've never once seen before!!! He has the fluffy tail of a Maine coon, or some other long furred-cat breed, as well as his silken hair, but he's jet black with a faint brown gloss to his fur and hair which is clearly so well cared for, is it dyed, perhaps, or is this his natural color I must know!" She said to Hana, talking so fast Qrow was actually a little worried she might faint.

She stopped to take a deep breath before she fainted, and Hana laughed softly.

"Shigure, you're bothering the customers, chill out a bit, would ya?!" A smaller munchkin catgirl said, turning toward the little girl, whose nametag indeed said "Shigure" on it.

"It's quite alright, she's simply very invested in Humanoid Cats, I see." Hana said calmly, smiling.
"As for what breed Qrow is... I believe it lists the specifics on the back of one of your tags, doesn't it?" Hana asked Qrow.

"I think so." Qrow replied, taking off his tags to hold them up to the light and read the tiny engraving font on the back of the tag with the garnet in it.

"Here it is... 45% Black Panther, Black Jaguar to be specific, 20% Maine Coon, 15% Sable colored Burmese, 10% Cashmere Bengal, 5% Ragamuffin, and 5% other minor breeds." Qrow said, before putting the chain with the tags back around his neck.

Shigure swiftly handed them two business cards, one was for the patisserie, the other seemed to have a url for some sort of blog. It looked like she was about to start talking again, but a man leaned out of the door to the kitchen and called out to her.

"Shigure-chan, it's time for you to take a break." He said

"Okay, Nii-sama~!" She called back, bowing and heading up a set of stairs.

"Sorry about that... She gets carried away sometimes..." The blonde catgirl, Maple, replied, sighing.

"Here are some menus, we have a wide variety of pastries, cakes, and teas. Feel free to stay a little while, and enjoy yourselves." She said with a soft smile.

Qrow nodded politely and perused the menu, ordering a small Red Velvet cheesecake, which he sat down to enjoy, while Hana ordered a small apple tart, and they each ordered a cup of Chai tea, sitting together and enjoying their pastries together for a nice, calm afternoon and evening, before heading home, Hana cuddling up to Qrow under a nice, warm, cozy blanket to watch some movies for a while, the two of them enjoying being alone together for the night.
