I was walking alone around midnight when I saw another couple, two young kids about the age of 16, two students I had grown rather fond of, in fact, were mugged by a guy with a large knife. I sprinted up to them and he stabbed the girl and she fainted before I could reach them. I sprinted even faster and struck the guy on the side of the head, knocking him unconscious. The boy was terrified. I pulled the knife out of the girl and patched her up. The girl's name was Ami and the boy's name was Gyo. "Will Ami be okay!?!" Gyo asked. "She'll be fine," I replied. She woke up and was scared out of her mind. She pressed a small Taurus PT22 right between my eyes and pulled the trigger. The bullet ricocheted off my forehead and I fell backward. Gyo almost had a panic attack. "WHY DID YOU SHOOT HIM!?" He said to Ami. "I'm so sorry! I panicked!" Ami said. I sat up and groaned. Ami hugged me. "I'm so sorry!" She repeated over and over again as she buried her face in my chest. "It's fine," I said. I grabbed the guy who attacked them, still currently unconscious, and restrained his wrists with a zip tie. I picked him up and tossed him into a dumpster and we walked off, commandeering his knife. The police took him away and I escorted them home, tucking my hands in my pocket. "Who are you anyway?" Gyo asked. I covered my left eye with one hand. "Mr. Branwen???!!!" He replied. I nodded and tucked my hands back in my pockets and eventually we reached Gyo's house. He said goodbye to Ami and went inside. "I'm really really sorry for shooting you earlier... I panicked..." Ami said. "It's okay, I'm like, the shadiest looking guy in existence, I can understand why you were terrified. Honestly, I'd be more worried if you stabbed me," I said. "Why would you be more worried if I stabbed you?" Ami asked. "Because the bullet didn't go through my head. A knife would've gone through my face," I replied. "Oh..." Ami replied. We eventually reached her house. "Thank you for escorting me home," Ami said. "No problem, good night," I replied. I walked home and went to bed.

(Assailant's perspective.)

I was leaning out of an alleyway watching silently. Qrow was the man's name. My last attempt to kill him on school grounds was a bit of a dumb idea but this time... I would not fail. He walked inside his house and I sneakily followed him. He drew a knife from his trench coat and looked around. I quickly ducked behind the counter. He sheathed his knife ad walked upstairs. I heard the sound of his bedroom door close and waited in silence for a couple hours to make sure he had fallen asleep. I drew a knife. It was made entirely of silver aside from a platinum edge, with a long thin triangular blade and the hilt was formed into the shape of a cross. I poured holy water over the blade and walked upstairs. I quietly snuck into his room. I sighed in irritation. "He's right in the middle of four possible witnesses... I have to be super careful," I thought to myself. I very very carefully slid onto the bed, kneeling over him. I raised the knife above my head and prepared to strike.

(Qrow's perspective)

I woke up to a young girl about 16 knelt above me, her legs pinning my body to the bed with a very special knife raised above her head. I yanked my arms out from underneath her as she began to bring the knife in a downward arc, aiming straight for my heart. I caught her wrists and forced her off me, disarming her in the process. I shoved her against a wall and stabbed the knife straight through her chest, pinning her to the wall. The dagger immediately turned jet black and the edge became made of red diamond. I covered her mouth and bit her neck, draining her blood. She frantically tried to pull the dagger from her chest before going limp and dying. I quickly cleaned the blood off the knife on her shirt and stopped her bleeding. I cleaned up all the blood using bleach and bleached the rag I used to clean up the blood with, and bleached the open wounds on her corpse as well, for good measure. I slung her corpse over my shoulder. It was the dead of the night on a new moon so it was especially dark. I ran to an empty hill where I had encountered a different woman carrying a corpse on a different occasion and dug a hole. I dumped the corpse in the hole and focused. Between my hands formed a flame. I dropped the flame and the corpse was instantly burned to ashes, no smoke tail, nothing. I filled the hole up with dirt and grass started growing back almost immediately. I returned home with the dagger in hand. I tucked it inside my trench coat and hung up my trench coat then went back to bed. Ikue had woken up. She rubbed her eyes sleepily. "Come back to bed," She whispered, reaching her arms out toward me. I slid back into bed and Vanilla, Milk, and Ikue all cuddled up against me.
