I was chilling in the living room when I for some reason just now noticed a small toy mouse hanging from a string attached to the ceiling, it looked kinda worn out so I decided to go out and buy a couple new cat toys. I arrived at the pet shop and walked in the door, the cashier recognized me and waved, I waved back and started to peruse the selection. I picked out a couple cat toys and purchased them. I decided to wander around the market for a while and saw a candy shop, I stopped to search through my pockets and see what I had left but I was all out so I decided to head in and see what they had. They had just about anything and everything, so I walked around for a while. I found some spearmint candies, butterscotch, lollipops, a few jars of turkey joints, peppermints, chocolate, root beer candies, caramels, and a few other candies. I bought them and the cashier looked surprised with how much all of it costed, because I bought a lot of different candies. I bought them and went back home. I took down the old tattered cat toy and hung up the two new ones and Chocola and Vanilla's eyes lit up. They slowly walked toward them and started staring at them, when Chocola swiped at one. I stuck some of the candies in a few of the pockets in my trench coat and stuck the rest in a large box. I halfheartedly chewed on the end of a turkey joint while I watched Chocola and Vanilla play with one of the cat toys. They eventually wore themselves out and Vanilla came over to me and lay down with her head in my lap and I gently rubbed her head. She was purring softly. I was looking at her sleeping with her head in my lap, and I smiled and took a moment to appreciate just how great my life was. She was sleeping rather soundly, she was so cute. A few minutes later she stood up and stretched, yawning quietly. I stood up too and hugged her. "Promise me you'll never change." I said, smiling softly. She smiled and pressed herself up against me. Vanilla and I went out for a short walk together. She wanted to stop on a bench to sit and enjoy the view for a moment. I asked her if she wanted a drink, and handed her a bottle of green tea. "Here, I don't really like green tea. I tried it once before, tastes like grass." I said. "Thank you." she said with a smile. She drank it, and I put the bottle in a recycling bin. I sat back down next to her, the sun was starting to set. In the light of the setting sun she looked so pretty. I kissed her, and then had an idea. "Hey Vanilla can you sit on the railing over there for a moment?" I said. Perfect. I had a really high quality camera and a folded up tripod for one in some of the pockets of my trench coat. I quickly set it up, setting a timer, and sat next to Vanilla on the railing. It took a picture, and I showed it to Vanilla as we sat back down on the bench while I stuck the camera and the tripod back in my pockets. I decided after we finished our walk that was definitely getting framed. We continued our walk for a while and then went back home because it was getting dark. On the way back I had the picture printed and framed, and then we went back home. I was sitting on the couch while Vanilla and Chocola were talking and out of nowhere Vanilla got the hiccups. It was indescribably cute, especially because she mewed after each hiccup. I went over and gave her an affectionate hug, as I knew just how uncomfortable it could be. A few minutes later her hiccups stopped and I cooked while Chocola and Vanilla went back to talking.
