Walking into the E.R. entrance, I passed the information desk where April and Meredith are sitting down.

"Keps, call the plumber, will ya?" Riggs said as he walked past us.

"Yeah, sure."

"Did he really just call the morgue 'The Plumber?'" Meredith whispered as she sat beside me while I looked up medical records.

"Oh, yeah. That's something we say over there. They circle the drain, then they clog it. 'Call the Plumber.'"

"Hunt's right. We hate that guy." I said as I grabbed the tablet from the counter in front of April as she and Meredith leave.

"Hey, you got a minute?" Jackson asked as he came to the desk.

"Hi, yeah. What's up?"

"Um, listen. I looked up a few houses near the Seattle Skyline, we have an appointment to go and meet our realtor?"

"That's..great. When?"

"Our first appointment is tomorrow morning. I was thinking we could push both of our surgeries until the afternoon to go and meet her."

"Yeah, that's fine. I'll tell Bailey." I said.

"Okay, I'll see you later?"

"Yeah."

Walking around the counter, he gives me a quick kiss before running off.

Grabbing the rolling chair behind me, I take a seat and keep looking up medical files.

"You have to tell him."

"Oh, God! You scared me?" I said to Callie.

"Sorry. But, you know I'm right."

"I know, but I never had to tell Mark because he was dead?"

"And now the father is alive and breathing, and walking the other way..."

"Why do I have to tell him?"

"He's the father?" She questioned.

"Look he doesn't want to get married now, and if I tell him it's not going to change anything?"

"It's his baby, Elena. He's going to find out sooner or later when your normal clothes don't fit anymore."

"I know. But this is new for me? I had Theo injected into my uterus, and this baby...it's different. And as soon as I tell him, it's gonna get all complicated."

"How?"

"Catherine's going to get into this, and then marriage, and prenuptial agreements? I'm going to tell him when I'm ready."

"Fine. You wanna grab lunch?" She asked.

"Yeah, I'm starving."

Grabbing a burger and some fries on my way down the buffet line, I reached over for the fruit cups.

"I mean, are you doing all right? Cause after Arizona and I got divorced, I felt like my insides were ripped out of me."

"I mean, it wasn't they way we wanted to start or end...but I'm fine."

"And work? How's work with her?"

"Awkward. She stands there, while I stand there and the only thing we do is stare at each other. Sometimes I even think she stabbing me with a scalpel in her head."

"We're talking about Kepner here...of course she would."

"Well, at the law firm, she was civil and polite and awful...plus awkward. But no, I feel good. She's out of our lives, and we don't have to deal with her anymore."
