Leaning my head over to one side, I poked one of my earrings through while looking for my heels in the closet as Jackson waltz in, freshly washed. With the steam running out of the bathroom, the smell of his bodywash filled the entire room.

"Where are you meeting Henry?" He asked, reaching for his clothes.

"Um, at a restaurant up north. Have you seen my heels?"

Bending over, he pushed away my purse, grabbing my black heels from the clumps of Nike shoes in the corner.

"We really need someone to organize this closet." He sighed.

"Thank you."

Throwing them back on the ground, I balanced, sliding my heels on while I finished putting on my other earring.

"I like that dress, by the way...where did you get it?"

"Meredith...she wore this when she was pregnant with Bailey."

"I like it, it's maternity-like?" He said with an off-tone.

"Maternity-like, okay...I called and let Amelia know that I won't be able to be there at our consult, just in case she asks."

"Yeah, I will."

"Owen is babysitting Theo today, so he'll be at the hospital at noon," I said, collecting my keys and purse from my bed.

"I got it. I love you, good luck." He said, kissing my cheek as I ran out of the bedroom door.

"I'll bring home dinner if I end up staying late!"

Amelia's POV

With everything that happened this morning, and losing Betty last week. She had shown up at Owen's just in time for me to babysit her on my way to work. Trailing behind me, I practically ran down the main hall towards the nurse's station with her where Richard and Arizona were waiting for me.

"Is she here yet?" I gasped, catching my breath.

"Yeah...I thought Elena was gonna be with you?"

"She's meeting her lawyer with a case, I told her I would keep her updated," I said to Robbins.

"Okay, let's go."

"Did you know about Robbins?" Richard blurted at me, stomping his way between us.

"I know nothing about anyone. This is Betty. I told you about Betty. Can she hang with you while we do this consult?" I asked Richard.

"Uh, nice to meet you, Betty. And no."

"Okay, Betty, you're sticking with us," I said, watching as Richard walk away.

"Who's Elena?" She asked.

"My sister, another Neurosurgeon on the case. Remember, must be seen and not heard, okay?" I told her.

"Got it..."

"Why is she here?"

"Betty?" I questioned to Arizona.

"No. You know who I'm talking about."

"I don't know...Check-up? Follow-up?" I asked, heading down another hallway.

"We haven't spoken since she left. I reached out, and when she didn't respond, I gave up. I mean, I've kind of got a bone to pick with her."

"Really? Today? Can it wait?" I mumbled.

"Take a seat, Betty."

"Here we go..." I sighed.
