Walking through the hospital halls, I walked beside Meredith and Alex as I pulled along my suitcase and purse around. I had just packed up all of my things, like scrubs and lab coat just as we cross over to the other side of the hospital when the double door abruptly burst open and the new interns start bolting down.

"Hey! Slow down!" I yelled.

"Sorry! Big incoming trauma."

"Ooh, trauma in the pit." I gasped, grabbing my suitcase and turning back around.

"No, Elena you have a plane to catch. Avery is waiting for you." Karev blurted out.

"Aren't you a little curious!?" I yelled.

"Elle! Stop, you're going to the awards!" Meredith yelled as I led the two of them to the E.R.

Placing my suitcase just behind the nurse's station, the three of us ran outside to where Webber was standing directing everyone to their patients.

"What happened?" Karev asked Webber.

"Rusty rollercoaster broke off the ride, blew into a crowd at a county fair. Multiple injuries on route." Richard sighed as he walked over to the truck.

"Pretend the plane is like a roller coaster, you said." I hissed at Alex as we followed Richard.

"Gregory Williams and Cleo Kemps. Both 26. Stuck in a crushed rollercoaster. Tried to extricate in the field but we suspect Greg has some pressure injuries. So we opted to do it in a more controllable environment."

Slowly peaking up the trunk, the back metal railing was lowered giving the three of us a complete view of the patients.

"I told you I didn't want to ride that ride. I told you it was a rusty death trap." Cleo hissed.

"Yes. Cleo, you were right. Okay? You're always right."

"Now you're just stating the obvious."

"I think I'm hallucinating," Meredith whispered.

"Yeah...me too," I said standing in awe.

"Are you seeing what I'm seeing?"

"Seeing what?" Karev blurted out.

"George and Cristina," I added.

"What?"

"Are you seeing this?" Meredith sighed.

"How are you? Are you okay?" Another girl asked as she came up from behind the truck holding her pregnant belly.

"Get me out of this! Get me out of this thing so I can kill her!" Cleo yelled.

"I did not make you ride, Cleo."

"Ride for me. I'm too pregnant. Let me live by curiously through you." Cleo mimicked.

"Seriously. You're going to blame me for this? Seriously?" The blonde girl said just as I felt Meredith hand on my shoulder.

"I know...I see it too."

Tying on the back of my yellow gown, Meredith hands me a pair of medium gloves just as Jackson comes walking around the corner.

"Oh. Why are you guys gowning?" He asked.

"A major trauma just came in," I said.

"No, no, no. We have plenty of surgeons, we need to be in Boston, Elena."

"O'Malley and Yang," Karev said.

"What's that?"

"Baby O'Malley and Baby Yang," Meredith added, as I showed Jackson the patients.
