•2 Week Later•

Usher called me this morning waking me up again, telling me that I have rehearsal today at 10:30AM. The tour starts in a couple more days and we're putting the finishing touches on the dances. Today we're gonna work on "Partition."

"Bye Mom, bye dad," I say as I grab my keys and walk out of my house.

"Bye honey," my dad says.

"Bye sweetheart," my mom says.

I walk into my BMW and buckle up my seatbelt. I check my phone before I begin to drive and I see an iMessage from Justin.

"Good morning beautiful," it read. I smile and text back "Hey handsome." I set my phone next to my bag and drive out of the driveway. I turn the music up as "Can't Remember to Forget You," by Shakira and Rihanna plays. I lightly hum to the song.

As I'm driving, my phone begins to ring. I quickly slide my finger across the screen and my music instantly turns off leaving me only to hear Justin's raspy voice permeating the car along with mine.

"Hello?" I say.

"Hey Y/n what's up?" Justin ask raising his voice over the loud crowd of people in the background.

"I'm good just on my way to rehearsal now. How are you?"

"Uhh, I'm good. How long are you gonna be rehearsing?"

"Umm about 5 more hours. Carter didn't really tell me when he just told me for long while. What's all that noise in the background?"

"Who's Carter?" Justin asks a bit jealous.

"He's my dance choreographer Justin," I say while laughing.

"Oh, I knew that," Justin said lowkey blushing.

"Haha, sure you did, now what's all that noise," I say as I pull up to the dance studio.

"I'm... at the grocery store," he replies suspiciously.

"Grocery stores are not that noisy," I say squinting my eyes. 

"There's a sale today, on.... bananas." Justin says rather quickly.

"Bananas." I repeat.

"Yeah bananas. Californians love bananas."

"Haha okay, well I'm at the studio now so I'll call you back later okay?"

"Alright bye Y/n," Justin says.

"Byee," I say and hang up the phone. Justin and I aren't together. It's just the infatuation we built back in California brought us closer and we never lost our feelings for each other. I place my phone into my purse and step out of my car locking it. I walk into the dance studio and take my usual middle spot on the dance floor to stretch.

"Hey Y/n! I see you're finally early," Carter praises.

"Don't make me regret it," I tell him and join him in laughter. He grabs my hand and helps me off the floor. My dancers and I all go into our normal positions for Partition as the song starts. Our bodies began to rock to the beat hitting every single count. I let my body take control without thinking twice about the moves. Before I know it, the song is over.

"YESSS!!" I say giving everyone a high five at the end of the song do to their performances.

"We killed that though!" Judah one of my dancers say.

"Damn right we did!" Another dancer Dana says.

"That's what I'm talking bout guys! The crowd will love that! Keep it up!" Carter says. We all were so confident about our performance that we ran it once more. Right after that, we practiced the changed routine of Dark Horse at the Juicy J part.

Justin's P.O.V

I hang up the phone and grab my bags. Today I'm gonna surprise Y/n at her dance studio. I feel kinda bad for lying to her but at least she'll feel happy about me coming. Well at least I hope she does. I throw my hoodie up covering my face while Kenny guides me to the taxi. I text Usher asking him what studio Y/n is in. He texted back instantly.

He asks me why I needed it and I answer him back telling him that I'm going to surprise her. I tell the taxi driver to go to the nearest store to buy a few things. After I purchase what I need, I practically yelled at the taxi driver as I give him the address to the studio for making me repeat it more than once. Hugui and Kenny tell me to calm down and I settle back into my seat.

Your P.O.V

During break I checked my phone searching for pertinent messages. I didn't see any, so I give Paul my phone and tell him to record our dancing routine of Partition and Dark Horse.

Carter started the song and everybody move in sync as we popped and locked to the beat. After the song was over I heard clapping from behind me. I turned around to see the anonymous clapper and jump up in excitement. Justin came to visit me! I run up to him giving him a massive hug violating his space. He rewarded me with a hug back.

"You guys did an amazing job," Justin says and kisses my cheek.

"Thanks! I missed you!" I tell Justin.

"I missed you too. That's why I came," he said. "Aww," I coo.

"So Valentine's Day is coming up." Justin tells me.

"Yeah I know," I say giggling. Justin smiles and walks away. Weird. I can't believe Justin is here right now. When he said he'll see me again, I didn't think it'd be this soon. I walk back out to my dancers and we begin to practice "Dark Horse." As we're rehearsing, the music changes leaving us all confused. It changes into Justin's song "Catching Feelings" What the hell?

"Carter!" I try to yell over the music but he doesn't hear me or maybe he's just not listening. I am soon startled when I hear Justin singing his song.

"Sun comes up on another morning. My mind never wakes up without you wanting. And it's crazy to me I even see you in my dreams, is this met to be? Could this be happening to me? Yeah. We were best of friends since we were this high so why do I get nervous every time you walk by? We be on the phone all day and I can't find the words to say to you. What am I suppose to do?"

"Could it be a possibly that I'm tryna say what's up?" Justin sings while my dancer Devon walks out holding a big white bear that's holding a big heart that read "Be mine." My other dancer JoJo sauntered behind him, holding a bouquet of red roses and a large heart box full of chocolates. They all began walking towards me. I didn't even notice that they weren't beside me. Justin takes my hand while caressing my face with his free hand.

"Cause I'm made for you and you for me baby now it's time for us. Tryna keep it all together but enough is enough. They say we're too young for love but I'm catching feelings doo-do-doo-doo-do-do-do-do-do-do-doo catching feelings-doo-doo-do-do-do-do-do-do-doo."

"Y/n," Justin says taking my hand. "Will you be my lovely valentine?" Justin asks smiling. A heavy unwieldy smile came across my face along with tears.

"Of course I'll be your valentine," I tell Justin hugging him around his neck and giving him a kiss on the lips.

"OOO GIRLL!" I hear my dancer Dana say.

"KILL EM!" I hear Judah say. I smile and hide my face in the crook of Justin's neck to hide my embarrassment. He's always knew how to make me feel like the only girl in the world. Ever since Justin became massively apart of my life, he made me realize that I can love again. I'm truly, madly, deeply falling in love with Justin.
