I sat on my couch at the crib staring at Sommerlyn, she been pretty quiet since she got here and I'm just trying to figure out what the hell went down between her and Alyssa the other day.

"So you not gonna say shit?" I asked.

"What do you want me to say? I don't have anything to say Ry." she said texting on her phone.

"I know you and you always got something to say, so what's on your mind? What happened?"

"It doesn't matter, you will never take my word for it anyways."  

"Tell me what happened so I can figure out how to deal with this situation."

She looked at me. "I was genuinely trying to sit down and talk with this girl and tell her that we are friends and we will remain friends even though she is coming back into your life and she was getting very disrespectful. I guess I am a hoe and we never had anything. She began getting disrespectful and I may have hit below the belt and told her that we fucked...all the time."

I placed my hand over my face and sighed. "Why you tell her we had sex? If nothing else bothered her about what you said I know that did."

"Well she made it seem like I was beneath her like bitch if you wanna go there then so can I. I was trying to be the woman that I know I am and not be rude but she wasn't giving me a chance from the time I walked in the door. I don't know why I intimidate her so much but she's really insecure. You are always dealing with little girls."

"That's my girlfriend Ali so you can't be saying shit like that to her. It would have been better if she didn't know that we had sex because now whenever I mention you or anything she's probably gonna think I'm fucking you especially since me and her haven't had sex yet. You gotta learn to pick your battles."

"This is exactly why I didn't want to tell you because it seems like you're trying to throw everything back on me. I've been down for you since I met you and that's not gonna change. I don't want you treating me different because of this girl."

I need to just be fucking single because I'm tired of this shit honestly.

"Ali, this is my damn girlfriend we talking about. I'm with her, not you. I understand where you coming from but ya'll need to keep ya'll distance. I fuck with you on a different level than I fuck with her. She not ever gonna understand the relationship I have you and you not ever gonna understand the relationship I have with her." I said.

"So if she told you to stop talking to me then you're gonna do it? Is that what you're saying?"

"I mean at the end of the day...that's the girl I plan on being with for the rest of my life so whatever she say goes...I don't mean to be disrespectful or nothing. You and I are always going to be cool but we just may not be kicking it like we use to."
