Chapter 62

 It's been a couple of days and I still have not told Ryan. I am so scared of how he's going to react, but I'm telling him today. He's been in such a good mood lately that I didn't want to mess it up. We had been driving around running errands for the wedding. 

"When are we going to get something to eat?" I asked staring out the window. 

"I gotta make two more stops then Pops wants to meet up for lunch." Ryan said. 

"Oh, that's fine then." 

"You gonna be able to wait for about 20 minutes?" He asked. 

I looked at him. "I need to tell you something." 

"What's up baby?" he said. 

"Your friend DM'd me on one of my social media accounts after you posted me. Jaxson did." I said paying close attention to his reaction. 

"What did he say?" Ryan asked pulling up to a red light. 

I showed him the screenshot of it. He literally had no reaction at all. I thought he was going to flip the hell out after reading it, but he didn't. He handed the phone back to me. 

"You okay?" I asked.

"I'm straight babe, I'm not worried about it." he said pulling off. 

"You sure?" 

"Yeah, nothing surprises me anymore. Everybody want what I got." 

"Well I just wanted you to know what what has been going on." I said. 

"It's cool baby." Ryan said. 

I didn't push it anymore because he seemed okay and not really bothered by it. I definitely wasn't expecting this reaction but I'll take it. 

"Where are we eating at?" I asked. 

"Shit, I don't know. He didn't say. I guess he's gonna drop the location in a little bit." 

"Ryan, this is so crazy. I'm going to be your wife in few weeks and I can finally have the last name that I've been wanting." I said. 

He laughed. "Don't lie to me." 

"Babe, I have been wanting your last name. I knew for sure it was going to be mine the first time we had sex." I smirked. 

"Whatever, you just be talking." 

"Anyway, are you getting your nephew soon? I want to see him, he's so cute." I said. 

"Yeah, that's where I'm headed. I just need to drop some money off to her for him." he said.

"You are such a good man. I'm sure she appreciates that so much. He's going to love you. You've been so involved with him since she had him." 

"That little boy is like my son honestly. Rhyson ain't shit and I'm not about to keep telling a grown ass man to take care of his kid. He'll figure that shit out once he gets older." 

"He's going to be way more attached to you than Rhyson anyway because you're always around him. Kids get older and put 2 and 2 together to figure things out. You're doing right. I wouldn't bash his dad or anything around him, just let him figure it out."
