Alyssa

I stood between Ryan's legs as he sat on the bed. We were tired and hadn't even done anything, but I guess we're feeling like this because it's 4:45 am. Ryan had his arms around me with his head on my stomach. 

"You okay babe?" I asked. 

"Yeah." he said. 

This man voice be deep as hell early in the morning. It's so cute. 

"Goodmorning love birds. I cooked breakfast so go eat. We are out of here at 5:30. Ryan, you're friend is here as well." My mom said peeking in the room. 

"Okay mom." I said. 

"Yes ma'am." Ryan said standing up. 

We headed downstairs and everyone was in the kitchen making plates and eating. Ryan went over to grab a plate and I grabbed it from him. 

"Sit down, I'll get it for you." I told him. 

He nodded and took a seat as I fixed his plate. I watched as his friend, Jaxson, sat at the table as if he was waiting for something. I sat Ryan's plate in front of him and gave him a glass of orange juice. 

"Thanks baby." Ryan said as he began eating. 

"Do you mind fixing me a plate? I don't want to overstep." Jaxson said. 

Ryan looked at him. "Bro...come on now.." 

"I don't mind Ry." I said.

"Nah, Jax got it. You're welcomed like everyone else. Go ahead and make your plate. Alyssa make your plate and sit down." Ryan said. 

I glanced at Jailee and she had a smirk on her face but looked away from me. 

"Babe...-" 

"Alyssa, sit down." Ryan said again. 

I didn't say anything else, I just sat down because I didn't want to argue or have my parents walking in trying to see what was going on. 

"It's cool bro, I just didn't want to be overstepping boundaries." Jaxson said. 

"You good." Ryan said. 

I sat and ate my food. It was pretty quiet the entire time. I guess everyone is still just trying to wake up because it's so early. I could be tripping but Ryan seemed to get a little defensive about Jaxson asking me to make his plate. It was weird.

"So is everyone ready for the trip?" Jailee asked.

Kayla laughed. "Ice breaker?" 

"I'm excited so I'm just wondering if everyone else is. I get to spend some quality time with my best friend." Jailee said. 

"I'm very excited actually. I can't wait to get a massage and just relax. I need it because I'm getting a little overwhelmed here." I said. 

"Girl, I feel that so much." Jailee said. 

"Ya'll got a little bit too much energy for me this early." Ryan said. 

I looked at him. "Babe whatever. You're so mean in the morning."
