"What are you doing here?" I question, my suspicion growing by the minute. Sawyer freezes, standing still. He looks like he wasn't expecting me to be here. I hear him mutter 'shit' under his breath.

"I'm looking for a few things. Have you seen Evan?"

"Looking for?" I wait for him to elaborate. He stands there studying my face. I hate when he does this, it always follows with a subject change. His attention isn't on me anymore, he's looking around the room. He's just standing there analyzing everything. I get out of bed to call Evan so he can deal with Sawyer, but as soon as I do I feel dizzy.

"Want to explain why you called me? And how you got my number?" He questions. I ignore his questioning and walk towards him, my head feels heavy. He notices me swaying just to get to him. He comes closer and tries to keep me steady. "Fuck. You're burning up." He tells me and pushes me back to bed.

"I had a nightmare. I woke up panicking and I was trying to call Drew, but your name got in the way." I close my eyes trying to make myself feel less dizzy, but it only makes it worse. "You had my phone last, you tell me."

"What did you dream of?" Sawyers face is serious. I feel his hand on my forehead rechecking my temperature again. He keeps checking my eyes to see if they're dilated. He also pinches the back of my palm, which I find strange.

"Nothing." I tell him. He knows I'm lying, he just gives me a hard look.

"You're low on iron and you're very dehydrated. Been having any hallucinations?" He stands there watching me attentively. I have a hard time looking him right in the eye. How does he know these things. I'm pretty sure I was dreaming. I don't think I've been hallucinating?

"I figured it out." I change the subject. I know he hasn't stopped eyeing me and when I finally have the guts to look him in the eye, I see them soften and he waits for me to continue. I catch a half smirk, but he returns to his normal serious face. "The picture of you and your brother." I watch as he stands up straighter and crosses his arms.

"What about it?" He seems bored already. I thought I had him, but it seems like he knows what I'm talking about.

"The picture of you two is a fake." He looks away and back at me with a mischievous smile.

"How so?"

"The background is photoshopped in." I tell him. "That's not all I figured out." He continues to stare, I see slight curiosity light up in his eyes. I sit up straighter in bed.

"That's it?" He questions, still bored. He obviously doesn't care that I know this stuff, but if I ask him directly about it he gets defensive.

"You're a doctor." I say with certainty, he looks at me with those mischievous green eyes and snorts.

"Yea...so?" Finally he answers.

"You're a little scary to be a doctor, especially with that tattooed covered arm. Don't get me started on that small skull tattoo." How can a heartless person be a doctor? I never imagined Sawyer to be a doctor. It's a strange discovery.

"Surprised?" He asks, I know I didn't hide the shock behind my voice. Our eyes meet again, and he keeps watching me.

"Something wrong?" I ask. He stays studying me before answering.

"You haven't gone after figures in the woods you think you keep seeing? Have you?" His tone of voice is now curious. I know he isn't making fun of me or anything, but it's alarming to see Sawyer a little concerned.

"What are you doing in here?" I hear a gruff voice from behind Sawyer. Sawyers face hardens and he turns to his brother.

"More important question. Why is she in my room?" His tone is rude. Wait, this is Sawyers room? Well was. Why is he arguing? He doesn't even live here anymore. Evan rolls his eyes.
