I don't know what to make of the similar tattoos Sawyer has with mine. Am I part of some secret organization I'm unaware of? It can't be a coincidence. I wonder if Drew has any.

I grab Sawyers phone from under the pillow and I turn it on. I'm a little surprised there aren't any miscalls or messages. I don't have much to go on with figuring out his password, so I haven't really tried. I type in Bethany and nothing happens. No other ideas come to mind, and I'm stuck.

My thoughts are interrupted when there's a knock at my door. I quickly hide the phone under my pillow and hurry to open the door.

"Good morning, breakfast is on the table." Drew greets and walks away. I head to the bathroom to shower and study the tattoo I have on my back a little more. The dots never seem to fade, and get darker the harder I stare. I walk out of the bathroom to find a pen and paper to copy down what's on my back. I know somehow the line of splattered dots on my back creates a word.

I take in a deep breath, closing my eyes hoping I don't find anymore unwanted tattoos on me. Sawyer has them where I have mine and he also has them behind his ear. I move my hair so I can try to see behind my ear, but find it difficult. I huff out in annoyance and search the drawers for a small mirror.

When I catch a glimpse of ink behind my ear, I turn away not wanting to believe that somehow Sawyer and I are connected. I take a second look and copy down the dark marks that are forever embedded onto my skin.

The warm shower isn't much help after finding out I have a second set of markings and I don't want to find out if I have more. I get out of the shower since I wasn't enjoying the relaxation of the hot water. I crunch my curls and let them air dry and make my way to eat breakfast.

"Good morning everyone." I greet with a smile.

"Nice of you to finally join us." Lisa playfully reprimands as she starts putting the dishes away. I grab a plate of French toast and dig in.

"Tell me more about Sawyer." I blurt out, trying to get as much information out as possible.

"Why? What has he done to you?" Drew questions with a suspicious eye. Let's see there's a long list of things I'm not going to get into and I don't think I want Drew to ever know.

"I'm just curious, since he's always around." I take a bite of my toast to distract myself.

"What do you want to know?" He asks getting up to help Lisa.

"Well, what can you tell me?"

"I should have warned you from the start that: he's brutally honest, he gets irritated easily, and he can be charming when he wants to." Drew finishes listing a bunch of things I already know. I roll my eyes trying to figure out a question that would make Drew open up and tell me more.

"What about his family?" I question further. I watch Drew and he pauses for a moment and turns around to look at me.

"It's a bit of a sore subject for him. He never talks about them." I wonder what happened, this just makes me determined to find out more. Damn my curiosity.

"Lisa and I are leaving in an hour to the airport. You're welcome to stay here, since I know Evan isn't going to be in town." He offers. I hate how everyone changes the subject when it comes down to talking about Sawyer, what's so bad about knowing?

"No I'm staying at Evans place." I tell them. Drew turns to Lisa and they give each other a look.

"The thing is..." he pauses to make sure I'm following through what he's saying and I nod for him to continue, "Evan left in such a hurry that he completely forgot to leave the house open and you don't have a spare key." Of course.
