"You're still here?" Bethany looks me up and down. She pushes me out of the way letting herself in.

"Unfortunately." I tell her, with a sad smile. She eyes me suspiciously and walks down the hallway. I follow suit, wanting to watch what's about to unfold.

"Good morning." Bethany says loud, for everyone to hear. I'm sure she sees Sawyers new fling sitting on the kitchen island. Bethany walks straight to Sawyer, ignoring Isabelle.

"Morning." Sawyer says. She goes in for a kiss, but he moves away, walking over to Isabelle.

"Who is she?" Isabelle tries to whisper, but we all hear her.

"Girlfriend."

"Friend."

Bethany and Sawyer say simultaneously. Isabelle looks between the both of them, confused. Trying to figure out which person is telling the truth.

"Cheater." I cough. They all turn to me and I'm not sure if they caught what I said. I clear my throat. "She...her, umm, she might be hungry?" I say. I know Sawyers glaring at me, but I don't look his way. "There's French toast." I offer to Bethany, but she declines the offer.

"Living room." Sawyer demands to Bethany. She has a mischievous look, and mockingly smiles at Isabelle. They both leave and I'm once again left alone with Isabelle.

I have a clear view of Sawyer and Bethany standing in the living room. I try listening in, but open book keeps talking.

"So were they serious?" Isabell asks. I turn to her annoyed. I'm not sure if I should mess with her or not.

"She used to live here." I decide to mess with her. She looks disappointed by my answer, and looks down at her hands.

"For how long?" She asks. I watch Sawyer grimace as Bethany continues to give him an earful. He looks angry, nodding every once in a while. His eyebrows are creased and his lips are pursed. He brings his hands up to his hair, pulling at his roots.

"What did you say?" I question, not paying attention to Isabelle.

"For how long?" She asks. How long what? Oh.

"I'm not sure." I give her an honest answer.

"Do you think he loves her?" She keeps going. I don't bother with her, too interested in what's happening. I thought things would blow up in Sawyers face, but things aren't.

"Oh God, he probably is still in love with her." I hear Isabelle hyperventilate. I watch as Bethany hugs Sawyer. She goes on her tip toes to try and kiss him again, but he grabs onto her shoulders pushing her back softly, shaking his head no.

I turn away quick, when Sawyers green eyes land on mine. My cheeks burn in embarrassment, caught.

"I need to go, I can't do this. He's in love. I don't know what to do." I zone back in, to Isabelle still talking. I roll my eyes. Sawyer walks back in, watching the scene of Isabelle still hyperventilating. He looks at me for an answer, I'm sure he figured out why she's on the verge of tears. But I just shrug.

"Well, that was boring." I say, walking out of there. Leaving Sawyer with his crying girl.

"Ready?" Sawyer comes into my room. It's been a few hours and I've just been reading.

"Yes, Ethan." I say with a high pitch voice, batting my eyelashes.

"Don't. Not in the mood." He says. My smile falls at my fail attempt of teasing him. When is he ever? I glare at him and his grumpiness. I'm about to say something when I hear vibrating. Sawyer takes his phone out of his pocket and quickly answers it. I get up ignoring his presence and get my school bag. I hear a thump on the floor and I turn to see Sawyers phone on the floor.
