Ally's POV
Just like any other R5 fan, we left the concert intending to head home and talk about it for weeks but this was different. We were invited to have dinner at the Lynches. We pulled up to an adorable one-level house. Despite the fact that it only had one floor, the house was huge! I parked behind Riker in the driveway. Kayla and I got out of the car and Riker greeted us.
"Hiya! Sorry, if I drove too slowly or somethin'." He said sheepishly.
"Nah. It was cute!" Kayla pipped up before I could get a word in edgewise.
I saw Riker smile to himself as we walked up the sidewalk path to their house. Riker opened the door for us and the smell of yummy food smacked me pleasantly in the face.
"Mom! I'm home!" Riker announced. "And I brought Ally and Kayla with me."
I guess he already told his family we were coming for dinner. We stood awkwardly by the door for a moment until Stormie came into the hall and smothered us with motherly hugs.
"Hi girls! It's so good to see you!!!" She beamed proudly. "Did you enjoy the concert?"
"Yep!" I smiled.
We kicked off our shoes.
"What can we do to help?" Kayla asked.
"Umm...you two can have a seat. Riker can you go let the others know that dinner's ready?"
"Sure!" Riker bolted off down a hallway and Kayla and I sat at the table.
The rest of the family filed in an eventually, everyone had a seat.
"Guys, Kayla and Ally came to our concert this afternoon and they're staying for dinner." Stormie explained.
"Cool!!!"
Dinner was so fun. There was a HUGE bowl of spaghetti, garlic bread, sausage. It was so good. I was sitting across from Ross. I watched as he took a huge bite of spaghetti. He looked up at me in the middle of trying to shove as much food in his mouth.
"Oh gosh. He's gonna be mad at me for staring.", I thought.
Instead of reprimanding me for staring, Ross burst into laughter and sent spaghetti flying across the table. It landed all over me and I froze in shock.
"Oops...I'm sorry, Ally."
"It's cool." I said cleaning the tomato mess off of me.
After dinner, Stormie looked over at Mark and they had a conversation with their eyes.
"Hey, Ross and Ally; you're on dish duty, cool?"
"Okay." I smiled. The rest of the family got up and headed to the family room.
Ross was dancing to "Fast In My Car" by Paramore while cleaning the dishes. I joined in, singing and laughing with him as we got the job done.
"You still have tomato sauce in your hair." Ross said randomly.
"I do?" I said reaching up to try and fix it.
"Lemme get that for you." Ross grabbed the sprayer from the sink and started spraying me in the face. "Oops, I missed." He smirked.
I caught him off-guard and snatched the sprayer from his grip. I immediately started hosing him down with it while he giggled incessantly.
Ross grabbed the dish soap and squirted it in my direction, causing foamy bubbles to form in my hair and on my clothes. The sink was filled with with soapy water too and a splash war soon began. We were both sopping wet....(Don't go there, you naughty little, Hooligan. You know what I mean.)
I looked up and saw Mark and Stormie standing by the door.
"Oh, hi." Ross grinned nervously.
"Hi. How's it going?" Mark said with amusement dancing in his eyes.
"It's going well..."
Stormie laughed. "Here's a towel. Don't worry about it. I need to mop the floor anyways." She turned to me. "Ally, Rydel has some dry clothes you can wear."
"Okay. Thanks...and sorry about the mess." I chuckled.
I pattered down the hallway, shivering as I looked for Rydel's room. I soon found it with it's dark grey walls and pink and sparkly decor everywhere. We chatted for a while as I got on some dry clothes.
That night, we watched Pirates Of The Carribean but I fell asleep and the only thing I remembered was Riker and Rocky arguing about Captain Jack Sparrow.
"Hey, Ally. Wake up." Someone said, gently shaking my shoulder. I sat up abruptly and realized I had fallen asleep with my head on Ross's lap.
I stretched, headed to the restroom before we had to leave. It was raining outside so I prepared for a longer trip home. As soon as I stepped out of the bathroom, the power went out with a loud beep.
"Well...there goes the light and any other form of convenient electric appliances." Rocky sighed sarcastically.
"It's pretty late anyway. Kayla and Ally, would you like to spend the night?" Mark offered.
"Umm...sure if you don't mind. Thanks."
"No problem." He said kindly.
I was one of the last to stumble through the hallway to find Rydel's room. Score. I found the door. She had set up two air mattresses in her room and I groped around in the dark trying to find them.
"Wait what...." Someone trailed off before shining their phone light in my face. I squinted and blocked my eyes from the bright, white, majestic light aka Ross's phone. Wait Ross? Oh gosh. I was in his and Ryland's room.
"Oh..." I laughed nervously. "Sorry. I was trying to find Rydel's room."
"That's okay. You can stay here if you want. I don't mind." He offered sweetly.
"Umm....sure...I guess."
"Here, I have a bunch of extra pillows and blankets." He said as I crawled in next to him. "And I've got loads of stuffed animals. Here ya go." He tucked a plush orca whale next to me.
"Thanks, Dork." I giggled.
"Oh his name isn't 'Dork'. It's actually, 'Oobie'."
"No. I was calling you a dork. Not the stuffed animal." I laughed even harder.
"Ouch. I am hurt." He said pretending to be offended. "Well, we better get some sleep. Goodnight, Ally. I'm so glad I got to meet you."
"Goodnight, Rossy. I'm so glad I got to meet you too."
The wind blew, the rain fell, and the thunder rumbled making a nice symphony of sounds as I drifted off to sleep.

many thunderstorms later...
"Mommy, why do you have so many big pictures of Daddy in this box?" My daughter Hadley asked laughing. I was going through all my old R5 stuff with my girls.
"Well...I was kind of in love with him even before I met him."
"Daddy!!!!" My younger daughter, Peyton squealed yanking another poster out of the big bin.
"Can we save these to show to the baby when it's big enough?" Hadley asked me.
"Of course, Sweetheart."
"Well, it looks like someone was obsessed with me." Ross said wrapping his arms around me and my baby bump.
"I still am and I always will be."
