Hehehe so like I meant to post this yesterday but I had dance rehearsals and then I got a bit (way too) excited for Dancing With The Stars.

So, Rosie Dear, here's part one for you Xx

Ryland's POV

I walked into the flower shop and prayed that none of my bros would see me here. At least I had a good excuse but still...I'd never hear the end of it. I tried to decide what flowers I wanted to get for my mom but I couldn't pick between some light pink ones or dark pink ones. I shrugged and decided to get both. I just felt like gettin' Mom some flowers even though it just a regular day. I paid for them and walked back outside. I loved that I could walk nearly everywhere and not have to worry about parking a car or anything. It had just rained so the road and sidewalk were dotted with puddles. One car sped past and I was worried that the flowers and I would get splashed with muddy water. In the process of protecting the flowers and myself, I ended up accidentally punching someone in the face with a fistful of flowers. I looked up and saw a gorgeous girl smiling, despite the fact that I nearly knocked her out.

"Whoa. I am so sorry." I apologized. "I totally didn't see you there."

"It's okay. I accidentally punched a tree this morning." She giggled. "It's a long story."

I laughed, relieved that she was okay. Gosh, I could practically feel myself falling in love with her and I met her (face with my hand) only seconds ago.

"Umm so awkward question..." The girl began.

"What's up?"

"Do you know where the Target is? I thought I could totally get there myself but apparently not."

"Target?" I asked. "Like the store?"

"Yeah."

"Umm it's right there." I pointed to the huge store across the street.

"Oh you have got to be kidding me." She laughed. "How did I not see that?"

"Because I was busy sticking flowers in your face."

"Gosh. Don't you know that's rude?" She asked jokingly.

"Hey. Don't blame me." I put my hand up and made a goofy face. "Blame the dahlias...or the roses...or whatever these flowers are called."

"Speaking of roses, my name's Rosie." She introduced herself through her adorable laughter. "What's yours?"

"Ryland." I shook her hand. "Nice too meet you."

"Nice to meet you too." She smiled. "And cool name."

"Thanks."

"So umm...I'm gonna try not to get lost as I cross the street to go to Target...or get lost in Target." Rosie began. "We should totally hang out sometime."

Nope. There was no way I was leaving her alone. Partly because I didn't want her to get hurt and mostly because I really liked her and didn't wanna say goodbye so soon.

"Hey if you're not in a hurry, you could come back to my place for a second so I can get these flowers to my mom and then I could go with you to Target." I offered. "Only if you're cool with that, though."

Oh gosh. I hope that didn't sound too creepy.

Rosie thought about my suggestion for a second and then smiled.

"Sure. That sounds cool. I'm not really in a hurry. I just felt like lookin' around since I just moved here." She beamed. "Plus, I'll get to meet your mom."

"Sweet. I only live a couple minutes away from here so it shouldn't take too long."

We began walking to my house and got to know each other better. I was really excited for her to meet the rest of my family. I knew my mom and sister would be obsessed with Rosie so there was no worry there.

It's crazy. I never thought I'd fall in love with someone by punching a random pedestrian in the face. I guess that's why it's called crazy, stupid love.
