Randi's POV

R5 had been on the East Coast for tour. We had slowly made our way up to Maine. It was still freezing cold and because our flights had gotten separated, Ross still hasn't met our daughter in person. Okay so lemme rewind…

I went into premature labor during a show back in New York and was stuck in the hospital and because the band had to keep going and I was stuck in the hospital, Stormie stayed back with me and we were on our way up to Maine.

"Ross is gonna be so surprised since he thinks we're coming tomorrow." I beamed.

"Yeah and Randi, you look great."

"Aww thanks Mom." I grinned.

The flight was only a few hours but it felt like centuries since I was so excited. I had a tiny baby girl and with Ross's brainstorming over Skype and text, we named her Aislynn Renee. She was gorgeous for only being barely a week old. It was a weird feeling being a mum but it was so surreal.

The plane landed and if I had it my way, I'd be the first outta there. Of course, we had to slowly get off and head to the luggage carousel. Stormie helped me with luggage and I dragged my huge piece of luggage while pushing the stroller in front of me.

I waited and nearly cried when Ross and the squad walked through the gate.

Ross walked over and I handed Aislynn off to him.

"She's gorgeous. Just like you." He whispered incredulously.

I smiled as a tear of joy escaped. "And she's extremely happy and adorable. Just like you."
