Ross’s POV
I drove home early to surprise Jade. I had a huge bouquet of flowers for her and I was going to help her with some wedding prep today. We had a lot to do today. We had just signed the contract for our new house so we had to go check it out. I burst into the house with a huge grin. I knew she’d be happy I was home. She wasn’t anywhere downstairs so I decided to check around. There was no sign of Jade. Putting the flowers down, I panicked for a moment before finding a note on the kitchen counter. Guess I shoulda checked there first.

“In case you somehow get home before me, I wanted to let you know that I headed to the dance studio to finish the dance. Love you!”

I rolled my eyes, sighed, and got back in my car to drive to the studio. I walked in and all the old and fun memories of always dancing here at The Rage flooded back. I finally found the room she was in and quietly opened the door and walked in. Jade was dancing with some guy. I tried to stay chill but I could feel my face growing warm. I looked down and realized my fists were balled up in anger. I relaxed and casually leaned against the wall.

Both Jade and that guy were laughing and goofing around. Finally, Jade saw me through the mirrored wall. She turned around and flashed a smile in my direction. That’s it. Nope. She’s done here. I walked up to the two of them and pried Jade away from the dude.
“Oh hey…we weren’t done.” He said.
“Well you are now.”  I glared at him. “Now if you’ll excuse us,  my fiancé and I have lots to do today.”
“Oh okay. Well nice dancin’ Jade. See ya later.”
I rolled my eyes and kept a grip on Jade’s hand. We got out  to the parking lot and she chuckled.
“You’re adorable when you’re protective, you know that?” She giggled. “Oh and I walked here so…”
I didn’t respond to her but I opened my car door for her so she could climb in. I got into the driver’s seat and drove home in silence.
“Are you seriously going to give me the silent treatment because I was dancing with Jake?
Eww. Jake? What kind of a name is that. I guess it’s normal but I really didn’t like him at the moment.
Jade gasped when she saw the flowers. “Aww. Ross. Are these for me?”
I nodded nonchalantly. She smelled them and put them in a vase with water. I sat down and scrolled through my Twitter feed.
Jade sighed as she sat next to me. “Ross. Please talk with me now. I’m sorry I wasn’t patient and danced without you. I understand that you were busy and I was to0. Can you forgive me?”
I thought for a second before a smile crept onto my face. “Of course I can.  And I’m sorry I didn’t make time to spend with my beautiful girl. I promise I’m free now and I’ll do the best I can to help you.”
“Aww. You’re adorable. Thanks.” She grinned.
“Hey, you too.”

THE WEDDING DAY

Jade’s POV
I don’t think I’ve ever felt this many emotions all at once. I was terrified, delighted, overwhelmed, excited, nervous,  happy, scared, thrilled, worried, and extremely overjoyed at the same time. So many feels. My mom was fixing my dress, Stormie was doing my hair, and Rydel was doing my makeup. All my bridesmaids were extremely supportive and helpful. Everything was wonderful. I cried several times just because I was still a bit nervous. Rydel graciously redid my makeup when the tears caused my eyeliner to run. Eventually, everyone was ready to go. I was over my “negative nerve” stage and I was now exited beyond belief. This was going to be extremely surreal.

Ross’s POV

I don’t think I’d ever tell Jade this but I actually cried like twice while getting ready this morning. I also tried to eat something but I got really sick so that didn’t quite work. I bet she had everything together and she was all calm, cool, and collected. I was an emotional wreck at the moment but I felt better once the bridal procession began. Our wedding was outside and the weather was perfect. I was also getting married to the love of my life which was real perfection. The music changed and I saw Jade and her father slowly walking down the aisle.
I blinked away the tears that threatened to fall and was smiling uncontrollably. Throughout the whole ceremony, I kept realizing this was real life and it was actually happening. By the time we said “I do”, I felt like I was going to explode with delight. After our fantastic kiss, we recessed and headed indoors to the reception. Our song came on and I took Jade in my arms.
“Hey guess what?” I whispered.
“What?” She giggled.

“I’m so freaking excited to spend the rest of my life with you, Jade.”
“Ooh me too. It’s going to be pretty awesome with you by my side.”
