Jordan’s POV
Finally! After an hour of trying to get everyone into the car, all the kids were buckled and we were on the road.

“Where are we going again?” Noele asked.

“Walmart.” I said smiling at her through the rearview mirror. Garret had to sit in the front because the van only seated seven kids in the back.

He looked up from his book. “Hey Mom. Can we stop at Starbucks?”
“Not right now.”
“Okay.”
“Mommy! Mona made a mean face at me. She went like this.” Mara re-enacted the face her sister made.

“Mona. Are you being kind?”
“Umm….”

“No more mean faces.”

“Okay Mom.”
“Hey! How come Camden gets a snack?” Ramona whined.
“He doesn’t have a snack Sweetheart. Calm down. We’ll get a snack soon.”
“No but he has French fries.”
“French fries?”
“I found them on the floor.” Camden smiled proudly.

“Eww. Don’t eat that, Baby. That’s gross.”
He simply laughed and continued finding forgotten fries on the floor.

We finally arrived at the store and I unbuckled Zeke to put him in the stroller.

Olive let out a scream. “Oww!!!!”
I looked up to see that her hair was somehow tangled in her seatbelt.
I put the brakes on the stroller and walked around to help her.

“My hair. It’s stuck.” She said with as much drama as her two-year-old self could render.

I slowly untangled her hair and helped her down.

“Alright Olly. Let’s go.”

I walked back to but Olive in the front of my two-kiddo stroller.

“Mommy. We gave Zeke some fries and he likes them.”
After sorting out the French fry faults, we finally made it to the store entrance.
“I have to go potty.” was the first thing out of Mara’s mouth.
“I thought you went at home.”
“Yeah…I didn’t feel like going at home.”
“Oh. I see.” I sighed.
Because I had tons of stuff to get, Garrett and Noele kindly offered to push the carts since I had a stroller. We had made it into the store without any problems. Little did I know that my creative little Camden thought it would be a good idea to bring pretend handcuffs into the store. When I wasn’t looking, he must of  handcuffed himself to the cart. I turned around and he yelled out, “Aww Mommy! Why do you have to handcuff me to the cart?!?!”
A couple other shoppers turned around and stared. I wanted to die right then and then. Laughing nervously to ease the harsh looks, I freed him from the cart and confiscated the cuffs.

“I’m sorry but I really have to pee, Mommy.”

“Oh. Right. Okay, umm…Mara and Camden; you two come with me. Everbody else: Garrett and Noele are in charge. I’ll take Zeke. Okay?”
“’Kay, Mom. Got it.”  Noele smiled.

“Thanks so much you two. You both are so helpful.”
“Mommy. This is the girl’s bathroom.” Camden stated.
“I know Baby but it’s okay. We’ll just go quick.”
“Okay Mommy.”

We entered the women's restroom.

“DON'T WORRY LADIES, I'M A BOY BUT I'M IN THE GIRLS BATHROOM WITH MY MOMMY BECAUSE I HAVE TO POOP REALLY BAD!” Camden announced.

I facepalmed. I have no idea how I managed this shopping trip but we survived the bathroom run, finished grabbing what we needed (and what we didn’t need) and then it was home to finish packing.
