Hinintay ni Raine at Ace na makakuha ng snacks at inumin ang mga bisita bago sila nagsimulang muli.

Raine: Here we are again. Besides the fresh and sentimental ideas that Benbry offers, unlike other companies they only offered you the subdivision and created the house designs, with Benbry we give you the interior designs of the houses as well. So you are sure that your interior accentuates and collaborates with the outside of your house. Instead of seeing you at R&R Office we invited you here so you can see a sample of the exact interior designs of the houses. If you happen to approve us, all your buyers does not need to do anything but bring their family in the house to choose a design and we will design your home free of charge. This is because we wanted to ensure that your interior design goes with your house very well and you don't go out of theme.

Ace: This is a 7 bedroom mansion owned by R&R Motors COO, Mr. Dean Bryant who bought this for his future family.

Napatingin si Leslie kay Ace tapos kay Dean, matamang nakatingin at nakikinig lang si Dean kay Ace.

Raine: He gave us the liberty of designing it the way one of the 7 room mansion that will be build for Tagaytay Forbes. Thank you Sir! Sadly though... because we are informed that this house will be up for sale the moment he leaves for the states to go work for Dodge International.

Nagulat si Leslie. Tumingin kay Rose at Tisoy.  Nagbulungan ang mga taga R&R nililingon si Dean. Ngumingiti lang ito.  Tatlong metro mula sa kinatatayuan ni Dean nandon si Leslie, nagulat at hindi nakatiis na magtanong sa mga kaibigan.  Lumapit sa kanila si Shane at Aida.

Aida:  Les, alam mo ba ang tungkol don?

Shane:  Nakakalungkot naman.

Leslie:   Hindi eh...Rose, he's leaving?

Rose: Yah, he plans to.

Tisoy: Ang alam ko kinakausap na niya ang Dodge International. Tapos he is selling the F150 kaya niya ginamit yon today titignan daw ni Tito George.

Leslie: Selling the F150? He loves that car so much.

Rose: Well then I guess... that's nothing new...

Leslie: Anong ibig mong sabihin Best?

Rose: He loves you but he has to let you go dahil yon ang gusto mo.

Leslie: Alam ba ni Mommy at Daddy ang tungkol dito?

Rose: Nope, noone knows except kami nila Ace and Raine so I am sure they are as shocked as everybody is.

Leslie: He's working for Dodge for how many years?

Tisoy:  Ahmmm, he's actually selling all the property he has including the one in Mariveles yung pupuntahan ng Officers next week for Team Building, that's his too. Kaya siya pumayag na doon gawin ang team building para maipakita din yon sa Board baka magustuhan nilang iacquire at gawing resort. So, I think he's going there for good.

Rose: Thruth is ayaw niyang kausapin ka namin, problema daw ninyo yan ayaw niyang mapressure ka namin so we didn't.

Leslie: I'm sure hindi papayag si Mommy.

Tisoy: You really think Tita Ryzza can stop him? Kilala mo si Dean kaya niyang iconvince si Tita Ryzza lalo na kung ang magiging dahilan niya ay hindi na niya kayang makita ka.
