Paris’ POV

It’s been two weeks since I got his last text before he left me but why do I have this feeling na parang ang tagal-tagal na niyang nawala.

‘I’ll be back...’ ugh. I kept on staring on my phone hoping that he would text me again.

“okay guys, *clap clap* hey Paris are you okay?” Miss Hanna caught my attention “looks like you’re waiting someone’s text huh?”

I glance at her “not really”

“okay then, you can now have your lunch guys. Just be back after 2pm then we will start again our rehearsal” we headed back on our rooms to change.

Sophie calling ...

“hey”

[Par, san ka?]

“sa ccp why?”

[We’re having lunch with BB. Wanna’ join us?]

“uhm, okay” sana kumpleto na sila. Psh.

I hang up.

“Paris!!!!” my migas called me as I enter the restaurant. I smirk. They gave me a big bear hug.

“you okay?” –Trish

Why the hell are they asking me if I’m okay?! Of course I’m not okay!

I purse my lips in response.

“oh, wala pa bang balita kay Nicolai, Alex?” –Sophie

“wala eh” he shrug apologetically

I’m not expecting either.

Nag-order na kami ng food. I do not have an appetite. Grabe feeling ko nangangayat na ko dahil dito sa pag-fafasting ko these past few days.

“hindi ka nasarapan sa food?”-Cathy

I flash a fake smile “busog lang ako”

“excuse me lang guys ah” lumabas si Alex

Why do I have this feeling na it has something to do with Nicolai? Sinundan ko siya sa labas

“okay naman kami dito ... kaw? .... si Faye? ... yep Pare we’re having lunch, actually---” napatigil sa pagsasalita si Alex nung makita niya ko. So tama nga yung feeling ko, si Nicolai nga yung kausap niya.

“wait lang pare” lumapit siya sakin then he hands me his phone “I think you two need to talk”

I splutter. Anong sasabihin ko sa kanya? [“ui Alex hindi na ko pwede magtagal---”] he said on the line

“Nicolai” and there napatigil siya sa pagsasalita nung marinig niya yung boses ko.

[“Paris?”] his voice was shocked. Ayaw niya ba kong maka-usap?

“Nicolai .... I just want to---” ... biglang may nagsalita sa kabilang line [“hey Nick, is that Alex? Say Hi for me and oh say bye na rin pala we better go. Ma-lalate na tayo”]

“Nicolai, I---”

[“i’m sorry Paris I have to go”]

Before I say another word the line was cut.

I headed back inside.

“kamusta yung pag-uusap niyo?” salubong ni Alex sakin

I gave back his phone and said nothing.
