Everything happened so quickly, one minute, everyone was close to disappearing, and the next, Mira had placed the chisel back causing a blinding flash of light to beam followed by a loud noise that sounded like hundreds of gongs. Elena and Olivia felt themselves being pushed back from the top as they began to roll down the volcano all the way to the bottom. Even with all the shaking that was going on, they noticed that they weren't disappearing anymore, and they could feel the realms shifting away from Shadow High.

"Elena we gotta go now!" Olivia screamed as they got up.

But as they ran towards the front, Elena kept looking back in hopes of seeing Mira, but no luck, she was gone. Already feeling tears pouring down her face, Elena kept running no matter how much she wanted to turn back. When they got to the front, everyone was there waiting for them as they stood by a white bridge that had formed on shore that led to Storybrooke.

"Where's Mira?!" David asked.

"She's gone!" Elena cried out.

"What?!"

"She put the chisel back! She's gone!"

"You guys have to go now!" Destiny ordered, "Before the bridge disappears!"

Not wanting to waste time to mourn, everyone dashed down the bridge as fast as they could. Taking some peeks from behind, they noticed that Shadow High was turning back into how it was before, made of words and ghostlike. The unmaking lava had stopped flowing and as Shadow High vanished from view, everyone made it to Storybrooke where they had to jumped off the end of the bridge to make it into town where they felt a gush of wind brush past them as they landed on the road.

When they opened their eyes, they were surprised to see that it had gotten dark. And when they turned around, the bridge was gone, Shadow High was gone, and Mira was gone. With everyone knowing what had happened to her, they all felt their hearts breaking as they turned to Elena who was beginning to sob. As she began to sob too, Olivia helped her friend up as she pulled her into a hug where they cried onto each other's shoulders. Mira had sacrificed herself to save everyone, and even though everyone was glad to be okay, they still wished she hadn't done that, for she would still be here.

After pulling away from Olivia, Elena turned to David as she went in and into a hug. As she sobbed in his chest, David felt a tear drip down his cheek while rubbing his daughter's back. Everyone too began to feel their eyes water while watching Elena mourning the lost of Mira as they all went up to her and rubbed her back.

"Come on" David spoke softly "We gotta get back into town."

With her arms still wrapped around him, Elena continued to cry as they began down the road. When they arrived in town, all of the apocalypse invasions were gone including the dead bodies of both monsters and crew members. But the town was destroyed, everything was broken, bits of fire were still flaming, blood was everywhere, and everyone had gathered in Main Street. Even though they were covered in blood, cuts, bruises, and other injuries, they were all still alive with no major injuries. Seeing them all alive sent great relief to Elena and the others as their friends watched them entering down the street when Aidan walked up to them.

"You guys okay?" he asked.

"Yeah" they all nodded with mumbles.

"Where's Mira?" Darling suddenly asked.

The sound of her name made more tears pour out of Elena's eyes as she gripped onto David's body.

"Wait" Darling's eyes widen "Are you saying she's-?"

"She put the chisel back" Olivia explained sadly "Whenever someone puts the chisel back, they die."

Everyone gasped while feeling their hearts shattering.

"She sacrificed herself to save all of us" she added while wiping a tear away "If it wasn't for her, we'd all be gone."

"At least she died a hero" Brooke put in with a mumble as she laid her head on Danny's shoulder while gripping his hand.

With Mira gone, everyone felt tears flowing down their faces as they held onto each other while suffering the loss of Elena's mother, pain filling their hearts and tears filling their eyes.

But just as they were mourning, everyone suddenly heard the sound of wind blowing. As Elena and the others turned around, they watched as some form of blue aura swirled in front of them like a cyclone. Wondering what was going on, everyone stepped back and watched as the aura kept swirling, and when it flew away, they all couldn't believe their eyes when they saw the person standing there.

Mira.

Looking alive and well, Mira began to examine her hands and then her body as she looked up to see everyone looking at her with amazement.

"Mira?" Elena gasped "But, how?"

She shrugged, not knowing how she was alive after vanishing in the volcano. But all of a sudden, Olivia gasped while pointing to something. When they all turned, they were surprised to see the ghost of Reed T. Booker. He stared at them for a moment and then gave a small smile as he bowed his head before vanishing into thin air.

"Who was that?" Elena questioned.

"Reed T. Booker" David replied, "He's the one who wrote that book of Narrators we found in the Lost Library."

"But why would he be here?"

"Because he's the one who brought Mira back" Brooke suddenly spoke up.

"What?"

"Why would he do that?" Olivia asked.

"Because he was the one he sacrificed himself by putting the chisel back during Lydia's first attempt to destroy our stories. Nobody knew what happened to him after he put the chisel back, and his name was erased from history. All except for that book I helped you all find, and it wasn't until recently when I found out who he really was. When he died all those years ago, I guess his spirit still lived on, and perhaps once Lydia was destroyed and the chisel was put back, he decided to bring Mira back, and now I guess he can move on."

"Once a hero, always a hero" Delilah added with a smile.

Seeing how the hero Narrator had brought Mira back, Elena ran up to her and into a hug as Olivia did the same thing. All of them felt grateful to have her back, and it was all thanks to the hero Narrator who had given up his life to save their stories all those years ago.

"Hey um-" Aidan suddenly spoke up "Not wanting to ruin this beautiful moment, but don't we have a curse to break?"

"Oh right" Mira replied remembering "Who has the box of items?"

"I do" Terrence held up the box.

"Okay great. Now what time is it?"

"Um-" Julie checked her watch "What the hell?! How is it 11 already?!"

"It's 11?!" everyone exclaimed in shock.

"That can't be right" Elena insisted "Maybe the time's wrong."

"No, she's right" Danielle spoke up while showing the screen on her phone "It's 11 pm right now."

"What?!" she exclaimed, "How did time move that fasts?!"

"Let's just deal with it!" Mira spoke up "We've got until midnight to cast this spell, now let's get on it!"
