Lyra Black put all of her things in her trunk and gazed around her empty dormitory room. All of the beds were neatly done as though no one had slept in them, the walls were bare and boring without the posters that usually hung from it, the shelves were clean with no one's perfume bottles or family pictures sitting on them.
Lyra couldn't believe that she was leaving the first place she had the boldness to actually call home. She thought of all of them fun she had here, and she smiled slightly. Now that Hogwarts was Lyra Black Free, it might actually be a calm place to be. But now Lyra was going into the real world, where those Death Eaters had to be ready to face her raft.
Though she had never had a close relationship with her little brother, Regulus, she would never forgive Voldemort or his stupid followers for doing him in. Lyra's hand went into her pocket where her wand was, and she knew that her brother would be avenged someday.

Sirius Black was in the kitchens, eating a farewel meal with the house elves. He held no remorse for his little brothers death, he thought his brother was a stupid idiot for joining the Death Eaters in the first place; he had given his brother neough warnings.
Sirius looked at the happy house elves around him and couldn't help but be envious at how oblivious they were to the world outside. They were happy with serving their masters and nothing would please them more to die saving the ones they served. The House Elves were safe in the walls of Hogwarts, never leaving even when they grew too old to serve.
Sirius urned for the freedom he would get when he entered the war, but he was angry that his friends wished to enter the war too. His worst fear would be for one of them to die. His sister, Lyra, who hid behind her tough mask though she felt pain so easily. His almost brother, James, who seemed too ignorant to believe that he could die. Remus, who would have a tough time holding a steady job when he was cursed with lycanthropey. Lily, who he knew would jump in front of someone to save them from a killing curse even if they were a mere stranger. Then there was small Peter, who was so helpless and pathetic that he would always have to be taken care of.
Sirius sighed. He couldn't loose any of his friends, and he felt it was his duty to protect them all.

Remus Lupin stood in the Shreiking Shack, looking around. The Shreiking Shack held so many bad memories, yet so many good ones also. This was the place where his friends had showed him how much they truly loved and cared for him.
They had risked expelsion turning into animagus' just to make it easier on him during the full moon and he was always shocked at how he became apart of the closest friends Hogwarts had ever seen. He couldn't believe this was the place he was truly excepted for being what he was. . . now he was leaving forever.
He doubted that he would be able to have a job in the wizarding world, and he knew that it would be tough to get a job in the muggle world when he had to take sick days every month; he wondered how he would do with money.
Lyra had offered him to stay at her place with her and her boyfriend, Nick; but he said no. He didn't want to intrude on them when they just moved in together.
Remus sighed, taking one last longing look around the shreiking shack before turning and leaving for the last time.

James Potter was sitting in the bleachers in the QuidditchFeild, and he watched the wind make the grass swirl.
He new that this is what he would miss the most out of Hogwarts. His father had been a brilliant Quidditch player, and James had always been proud to share the same skill. James was hoping to become a professional Quidditch Player ever since he was little, but since the war, he had to put that dream on hold.
