Worry

It was nearing the end of the school year and Lyra was eagerly awaiting the day where her children will stay with her for the entire summer.

Though it was selfish, she liked having her children accompany her when she walked through wizard villages, it made her feel less alone. She admired that they kept their heads held high even when dirty looks were being sent their way - but she wasn't shocked, they had learned that from her.

Lyra was sitting on her proch with a cup of tea (which she thought tasted foul but she drank it anyways because it was Nick's favorite) when she saw a large grey owl soaring her way. It was a very impressive looking owl, with a grey beak and large grey eyes; and that was how she knew that it was a Hogwarts owl.

The owl landed on the little silver table next to Lyra and held out it's leg. Lyra untied it and payed the owl - almost emmidiatly, the owl flapped it's wings and flew away into the horizen.

Lyra opened up the letter and read.

Dear Mrs. Lyra Blue,

I have some splendid news that I am sure you would like to hear. Your children, Mister and Miss Blue, have been informed as well and have requested for you to know emmidiatly. Unfortunatly, I cannot write this news over this letter in case it might be intercepted, so I suggest that you meet me at the gate of Hogsmeade tommorrow evening at five o'clock.

Do not tell anyone about this letter. The only people who knew this news is Misters Harry Potter, William Blue, Ronald Weasley and Remus Lupin. There is also Misses Hermione Granger and Lynx Blue. Even if they know, try not to speak of it in an open area.

Sincerely,

Professor Albus Dumbledore

Lyra raised one eyebrow at the letter and how urgent it sounded. She wondered how important it could be if her children were part of it.

Lyra had heard of all the adventures Harry Potter and his two best friends got into during their three years at Hogwarts and Lyra turned suddenly wary. Did her children get mixed up in his mess as well?

Harry faced Voldemort and a basilisk once, so Lyra hated to think of what he would face this year - but if her children got involved in that then she might just feint.

It was these days that Lyra took the time to admire Molly Weasley. Her eldest son was a curse braker, and heavens knows how dangerous that could be. Her second eldest son worked with dragons far away from his family. Her twins did many pranks, and Lyra would hate to imagine how dangerous some of those pranks might be. Then her youngest son was best friends with Harry Potter, who got in trouble by just walking into a girls' bathroom (Saving Hermione from the troll). And then her youngest daughter was taken down to the Chamber of Secrets and was controlled by Voldemort himself.

Lyra would have had a heart attack if she was Molly.

Lyra sighed and leaned back in her chair, her peaceful day ruined by that one letter. Her mind swirled with thoughts of what danger her children could have been put into. . .
