Jon let out a blood curdling scream as his hand dropped onto the grass, blood beginning to paint the overgrown grass.
The survivor's huffed ragged breaths as he ran through trees and bushes, hoping to lose the huntress that was chasing him while humming her lullaby.
"Dammit, dammit.." He cursed each breath, his eyes wide in fear and anxiety as he held his spewing wrist, his only hand painted red as blood continued to squirt and spill into the grass to leave a messy trail.
"Ashlie.." He grunted, "I'm so sorry."
He and Ashlie were the only two survivors left, he was desperate to find his only hope left as he continued to run with all of his might. His stitches were teared, blood now heavily pouring out of another wound causing Jon to grunt a curse.
"Ashlie.." He whispered, regret and fear bubbling up in his voice, "I'm so sorry." He repeated.
Jon kept running but slowly lost stamina, hearing the humming slowly louder with each step he took. He sucked in a breath, his chest tightening as if he felt the huntress charge her throw.
He heard the spinning whistle of the wind over his loud heart beat, he bit his lip and shut his eyes as he awaited for the sharp hatchet to get lodged into his shoulder and for him to bleed out in the forest yet he continued to run with hopeless desperation.
He heard the hatchet strike something else, allowing Jon to continue running hopefully to lose the huntress. He didn't know what blocked the hatchet, a tree? A branch?? The throw was too weak and hit the ground? A bird? Either way, Jon didn't care at all. He was too scared to think and too desperate to live. Maybe if he found Ashlie, things would get better.. They could fix all the generators and live for another day. Yes, that sounded lovely.. But first,
He just had to run.

Ashlie fell onto the ground with a thud, blood spilling onto the grass as she gripped the hatchet that was lodged into her shoulder. Her eyes shut trying to ignore the spiking levels of pain as she had her other hand cupped over her mouth, trying her best to not scream out so Jon wouldn't look back.
The hatchet was deep into Ashlie's shoulder and the pain made tears run down her face as she desperately heaved breaths, hearing footsteps of the huntress approach her.
Ashlie grunted as she forced herself onto her back, the hatchet still stuck in her body as her head fell to the side. She forced one of her eyes open, seeing a faint speck red slowly shrinking, she couldn't help the small smile on her face as the red speck that was shrinking indicated that Jon was safely running away. But that small smile soon disappeared as the huntress got in her view, she got on one of her knees and gripped the handle of the hatchet causing Ashlie to shut her eyes and brace for the pain.
She heard the huntress let out a low grunt as she yanked the hatchet out of her shoulder with terrifying ease causing Ashlie to tense up and grip her jaw, letting out a muffled cry of agony as the huntress merely stepped over her dying body and continued to hum.
Ashlie gasped as she saw the killer beginning to walk away presumable look for Jon. She grunted as she gripped her bleeding shoulder.
"W-Wait.."
The huntress stopped, surprising Ashlie as the bunny-masked woman slowly turned towards the redheaded female. Standing over her only few inches away from her, the huntress stared down at her as Ashlie struggled to get up.
