Everyone stood on the tiles of the roof, staring down at the destroyed town in front of them as their 3D-Maneuver gear hung at their waist, their blades in hand as the wind blew against their skin while their hair swayed to the drift of the wind.

"This is our chance guys..." Cory's lips cuffed into a small smile as he glanced at everyone, "We can prove ourselves that we can fight off Titans and steal the show for our first fight!" He was getting excited as he did a little hop, Uni smiled as he chuckled.

"We can prove them wrong... We can prove them that we aren't some joke..." His voice slowly goes down to a mutter, "I hated how they treated us back then..." Everyone seemed to flinch and lower their heads

"We all did Cory..." Ashlie sighed, "We aren't some type of joke because we seem different from them..."

A few weeks back when they were introducing themselves, they went through some tough times because they seemed more different then the other soldiers,

"And what's your name, Camera-Face?!" The commander had yelled, Cory tensed up as he had tried to make his salute seem more serious.

"M-My name is Cory Crater!" He responded loudly, sweat running down his face. The commander raised his eyebrows as he looked over him.

"Cory Crater? Camera-Face is better for you!" He snarled, Cory shivered slightly, "How did you even get your camera face?"

"F-Fights sir!" Cory exclaimed, "Many many fights!" The commander scoffed, immediately banging his forehead against Cory's, making him cry out in pain as he slowly sunk to his knees, gripping his camera lens as he trembled where he was.

"No wonder you have a camera face..." The commander scoffed, slowly moving on to Uni who stood next to Cory with a scared and concerned expression, "You're skull is weak as hell... Betting you're going to be the first one to die if you cry like that..." The commander then glared down at Uni as Uni tried his best to seem tall and intimidating.

"What's your name?" The commander barked, Uni almost instantly flinched, "Guessing you're a little coward just by how I yell!"

"N-Names Uni Comics Sir." He responded rather calmly, "And I joined because of my friend, Cory.."

"Did is say the reason why you wanted to join, Comics?!" The commander shouted, making the British boy shrink back slightly, "Hmm. Maybe you would die first crying and screaming with that accent of yours." The commander began walking away from Uni, making him sigh in relief, but the commander quickly went back to Uni.
