"Max, chill! Geez," Duke exclaimed as he and the others watched Max. Everyone knew it was Gidget's last day before going on vacation. Her flight was in a few hours. Meanwhile, Max was stuck at the dog park, pacing constantly.
Looking over at his brother, Max retorted, "Duke, you don't understand! I only have one hour with her after this. And I'm not going to see her for a week afterwards! I have every right to be worried!" The terrier resumed his pacing with a huff. Duke merely rolled his eyes as he muttered under his breath, "You're not the only one who has a girlfriend now these days. Last I checked, I also have a wonderful son."
"I'd say he's more neurotic than worried," Buddy murmured to Mel and Pepe, who nodded their heads in silent agreement.
