I let myself down on the hotel bed and closed my eyes. The coziness of the pillows embraced me. The ride to Portland was super long, and I couldn't sleep on the tour bus. I felt Claudia's body falling on the bed beside me. Finneas and Billie were at the Venue, checking if everything was okay. Today was the second show of the tour, it was gonna be packed since everything was sold out. Because of a small fever ,i had two days ago, i couldn't support her on her first show. I was devastated by it, and took as many medicines as I could, and drank so many teas until I was ready to get out again. The days in the Tour bus were also boring, during the day nobody would be there, so it was me the tv, and many packs of oreos to come through the day.
"This is really good." I nodded and got up on my elbows. "We shouldn't be sleeping, Billie and Finn would be so mad about it if we did." Claudia let out a laugh and got up from the bed, she checked herself out in the mirror. She was wearing boyfriend jeans with a denim blouse on top, looking absolutely gorgeous the way she already is. I compared myself to her when I stand next to Claudia, I let out a long sigh. "Okay, well I don't have time to change. Bye." I took my card key from the room, and walked out of the room with Claudia. We walked hand in hand out of the hotel, into the taxi that was waiting for us. Although the venue was around the corner, and we could easily walk there. But Billie didn't want us to be seen by the thousands of fans who gathered outside the venue waiting to see just a glimpse of any of us.
When we arrived at the venue, we got out of the taxi together. Because the old management was fired, it also meant that Jacob was fired. Although he had nothing to do with it, it was just bad luck that he also had to leave. Billie's new bodyguard, his name Heather, followed us inside. He was nice, relaxed. But we couldn't joke with him like we always did with Jacob. I peeked around the door before getting inside, it was crazy how big Billie is getting. And that she practically dominates the world now. Because there were really hundreds, maybe thousands of people waiting outside in line. Several people stood in line. Not just teenage girls like everyone else was used to, but also many guys, mothers, fathers, little kids and I thought I just have seen an elderly woman.
I noticed Billie after i walked inside, she was laughing and i grabbed for my phone. These moments were so precious and i couldn't resist to not just take a picture of her. I frowned my eyebrow when i took it, Zoe was sitting on the ground and i didn't notice it after coming in.
"FUCK ME UP WHAT ARE YOU DOING HERE." I ran to Zoe with my arms open to pull her into a long hug. I dropped to the ground beside her and held her for a while. Besides the fact that Zoe was Billie's best friend, I had got to know her very well over the months and we had also become a sort of close. Zoe laughed out loud before holding me, i sighed out loud before letting her go. "Please wait i have to post this picture." I took my phone out of my pocket. "Wait the fans.." Billie said, i shrugged my shoulders. "They already know babygirl."
