Billie's p.o.v "No, gold is such a fucking cliche." I sighed looking over the show window to see how many rings there actually were. I could tell that the woman was going nuts because of me, but i don't care. At this point, i wanna make sure everything is going to be perfect.
"Isn't she a silver kinda girl?" Finneas voice coming from behind me caught my attention from my wild thoughts.
I thought about Lana, about the accessories she usually wears and nods with a smile when I remind myself she does wear a lot of silver. "Yeah, but like I need a big ring.."
The lady behind the counter smiled, leading me over to the silver rings. I gasped when I saw the one.
The one I was sure she was gonna get overwhelmed by. I pointed at it. "sure?" She asked I nod with a huge grin on my face. "Please."
"don't you wanna go look for-" I interrupted Finneas by grabbing my wallet, shoving it in his face. "This one." After the payment i had to take a picture to send to my mom, she was already preparing the spot for tonight with the crew.
The past few weeks I've been secretly planning out the engagement, and I'd noticed that Lana was worried about me. I couldn't tell her more then that i just had to work a lot more these days.
I could understand that she was worried about me cheating on her, not really tho. But since it happened in the past with Madison, it was a pretty logical reaction for her to give.

After texting my mom, i looked over to the texts i had exchanged with Lana. She was probably wondering what was going to happen and getting anxious. I felt bad for her, but this has to be a secret at this point.
"We gotta go Bills." I looked up from my phone, grabbing the bag with the box inside of it. Walking out of the store so we could head to the location. Where i was gonna ask her to marry me, was in a wooden shed in the woods near the new office. Lana didn't know about the office, 'cause i was scared she was gonna find out about the shed.
Even tho its miles away from each other, i didn't want her to see anything or find out a single thing. I looked at the weather outside, as it began to pour outside.
"Great," I mumbled under my breath, causing Finneas to look over at me from the steering wheel.
"The rain stops in an hour." He noted
"As it should, 'cause she'll be here then." Sighed as i could feel myself getting grumpy from the weather and how everything wasn't going to plan. A small smile appeared on my face when i noticed the lights in the distance.
