22.O Leaving without you

It has been days since Kate went missing, we all slept at my house. Billie, Liam and Lily. We went everywhere, Kate's house, her grandma's house, all of her family's houses. We didn't tell them shit, but made up an excuse about that we wanted to surprise her. Bad excuse, yes we know. I'm a bad liar. We even went to our high school, we searched everywhere but no fucking sign of Kate.

It was 3 am in the morning and i couldn't sleep, i scrolled through my phone. Looking at pictures of her at Coachella. I fucking miss her, i miss our crazy times. I miss her snoring in the middle of the night, and i miss her sassy attitude. I felt my eyes began to water as i started to think about her, although she's been on my mind for the last couple of days. But those fuckers from Silver Birch never contacted us, Jamie should even try tho... I looked up when i heard Lily's phone buzzing from the side of the bed. We placed mattresses on the ground for her and Liam. I felt i slightly lost my mind when her screen light up saying:
*Incoming call from Kate.*

I screamed and went out of the bed to grab as fast as i could for her phone, waking up everyone in the room. "KATE'S CALLING YOOOOOO WAKE THE FUCK UP." I picked up Lily's phone without any permission but whatever.

"Kate where the fuck u at? Tell me ur not hurt." I screamed into the phone.

"Guys i am so sorry.." You could hear her crying on the other side.

"Please calm down, we're not mad. Where you at? We could pick you up." I dressed myself into my joggers and sweater while holding the phone against my ear. She didn't answer me, and i slightly started to panic. "Please, tell us where you are. We miss you like crazy." I could hear her gasp.

"No its okay, i'm going to be fine.." She whispered, i tried to focus on her background but i couldn't hear any cars or people. That means she isn't in the city, at least i don't think she is. There was complete silence, you could only hear the birds in the distance. "Don't hang up on me, please give me your location Kate. We want to help you."

"Like i said i will be fine, i'm so sorry." She ended the call, and i let out a cry of frustration. I tried to call her back but she turned off her phone since it goes to her voicemail straight away.

"Please tell me she told you where she is." Lily said with tears in her eyes, i sit down on the bed and shook my head. I felt two hands around my waist from the back and Billie's head on my shoulders, stroking my stomach trying to keep me calm. "I really don't have any idea where she could be. and i even feel more lost now that she called us."

"Could she be at one of her exes maybe?" Liam asked.

"Could be.." I agreed.

"What about Brian? Since she kept saying ' he did it' maybe she's there?" Lily added.

"I don't have his phone number. Do you?" Lily nodded and called him immediately. You could hear him picking up, we'd probably woke him up. Lily asked him right away if Kate was with him. He told her a story about that she indeed has been at his house, screaming at him when he opened the door. She kept on rambling about that he done it. But he didn't know what she was talking about. Lily asked him if he had any idea where she could be right now. But he wouldn't know. After Lily ended the call i let myself lie down again in the bed.

I held Billie close and stroked her fingers, while locking them in mine. "Maybe we should go over there.." I said while looking into the darkness of the night.

"I agree." Lily said before Liam and Billie did.

I closed my eyes and i could hear Billie breathing calmly holding me close to her. She pulled the blankets over me and was still stroking my stomach. When i looked over to her i could see her eyes twinkle in the dark scanning me all over. I stroked her cheek before i connected our lips. Kissing her softly, playing with her hair before letting my lips go of hers. "I love you." I whispered.
