Storyline: flashbacks

"Do you know this place" Nat questions as the both of them look at the screen.

"Yeah" Steve says slowly.

The memories started flowing back towards his brain as the girl had popped up in his head his army buddy she was with him before everything had started before the life of Captain America and having these new changes happen to his body.

Sadly he didn't know that the girl liked him when he was this thin boy.

Steve didn't know what happened to y/n after the army since he clearly moved and moved up to do bigger things rather than do what everyone else was doing at the time. Being Captain America met a few changes came along with it and sadly being away from y/n was one of them.

Clearly she died.

Since that was back in World War 2 was happening, and everyone of his friends during this time have either died or are just really old he had no way of contacting her.

Steve and Nat had found themselves around the base that he had grew up struggling to do one pushup and not having body movement to go crawling on the dirt with a rifle in his hand. The sounds of whistles and running from there boots were heard right next to him.

He slowly turned to his side and watched his team run n a group as a panting y/n and himself were behind the others, slowly laughing at one another.

"Y/n" I said fall in.

The girl looks at Steve now catching her breath and smiling before running back into position making the boy sighed and seeing her imagine disappear along with the others.

"Steve" Nat calls out.

He walks with his teammate into the building seeing pictures of the old Shield building the portraits were held up seeing Howard Stark and Peggy Carter, Steve had looked at Peggy's picture.

"That's Starks father. But who's the girl" Nat questions looking at Steve who already walked away by this point.
