Whenever Wanda sees, hears, or thinks anything funny, she must instinctively turn her head to tell Pietro, and then realize that he isn't there to see or hear.

Remember in AoU, Wanda lifts her leg, knowing that Pietro will be there to scoop her up and carry her? And how natural it looked, like it was a habit? Well, imagine her doing that when she feels lazy, and then remember that he isn't coming.

Wanda probably wears Pietro's jacket when she's sad or is missing him because it reminds her of him hugging her. How big it must look on her.

She probably makes two of things, like bowls of cereal or plates out of habit, but then it dawns on her that Pietro doesn't need one, and she has to throw it away. 

Pietro and Wanda likely had their own copies of the Tanakh, and probably have verses that are important to them highlighted, or underlined. Wanda probably goes through Pietro's to see exactly what hit home the hardest for him.

Wanda having nightmares about losing him, as it was her worst fear, and waking up, relived that it was only a dream, just to realize it wasn't "only a dream" after all. And then sobbing.

Wanda must have been upset by how few people there were at his funeral, because they didn't really have any friends to care about him being gone.

Wanda being too terrified to find out what her new worst nightmare must be, since the last one came true.

There's only a couple of pictures of the twins, and Wanda must be so sad that there aren't more.

Pietro isn't there to comfort her after a nightmare.

Wanda feels more vulnerable because her big bro isn't there to give her a sense of protection.

Mostly definitely don't think about how they must have had inside jokes, and now Wanda can't use them, so whenever she accidently does, or thinks them, she gets sad because no one understands.

And SERIOUSLY DO NOT think about how Wanda lost her best friend in the world, who knew her better than anyone else ever could.

Yeah. Just don't think about these things if you don't want to cry.
