The bus coming to a stop woke Mo Guan Shan up, who seemed to have fallen asleep at some point on the way. Noticing something hard but warm under his head, Guan Shan tried to figure out what it was without opening his eyes. Suddenly, he remembered that He Tian had been sitting next to him on the bus. Raising his head dramatically, he opened his eyes to see He Tian staring at him with an amused expression.

"Why so jumpy, Red? You seemed perfectly fine resting your head on my shoulder a few seconds ago, what's changed?"

With a red face, Guan Shan avoided He Tian's stare. "I'm awake now, asshole. Leave me alone and let me get off the bus and stretch my legs."

Grabbing their things, the students left the bus and admired the cabins that surrounded them. They seemed to stretch on for at least half a mile with a huge lake at the far end and a hall to the far right that was the place for meals and activities. Two buildings labelled 'Toilets and showers' were to the left side of the cabins and seemed to be separated by gender. A campfire was placed in the centre of the entire camping spot with logs around it for people to sit on.

Teachers called the students to gather in their respective classes and told them which cabin they would be staying in for the week and to be respectful because they weren't the only people renting out the cabins as it was a family camp. The girls in He Tian's class were sad that he would be staying in a cabin far away from them but he promised he would come and say hello when he could. Walking to the cabin, Guan Shan found himself walking side by side with She Li.

She Li looked at him, "What made you come? You usually hate this kind of thing."

Guan Shan shrugged a shoulder. "Changed my mind. Ma wanted me to go. Said it would be a fond memory or some stupid shit like that."

Opening the door to the cabin, She Li stopped and turned to him. "Well, for what it's worth, I'm glad you came."

Guan Shan just stared at him. He wasn't sure what he was supposed to say to that. Not expecting a reply, She Li went inside. Not letting the door close on him, Guan Shan walked in and saw that the other three people in his class were already there sitting on the couches.

Within the cabin, to the left hand side there was a small seating area with 2 three-seater couches facing a small television with a DVD player plugged in. Directly in front of them was the kitchen with a stove, a microwave and a kettle. Usually they would go to the hall for their three meals but if they wanted something extra this is where they would go. To the right hand side there were two doors, both closed. Guan Shan figured these were the bedrooms.

"Hey guys," A tall brunette guy waved at Guan Shan and She Li who were still stood in the doorway. "We already chose our room. It's the door on the left so the bedroom on the right is all yours."

Guan Shan stormed into the room, hoping and praying that he would see at least one bed with someone's stuff on it because if there was a God in the sky and he loved Guan Shan then he wouldn't have to share a room with She Li and He Tian. Instead, he saw three cleanly made beds with no bags. Guan Shan came to the realisation that if there was a God then he must hate Guan Shan for something he did in a past life and this was his punishment.

A hand on his shoulder startled Guan Shan and he turned to see He Tian smiling at him. "Ready to unpack, roomie?"

Guan Shan's eye twitched. "Fuck off." He stormed back into the living area and past She Li. He looked at the three guys, who had all turned to look at him, and bowed, surprising everyone. "Please. Can one of you swap rooms with me? I don't wanna share with these chicken dicks."

A tension filled the room as both She Li and He Tian gave off a menacing aura to the three innocent victims in the cabin, warning them not to agree to the request of the desperate boy before them. There was no way in hell Mo Guan Shan was going to leave the two boys - who hated each other beyond belief - alone with a stranger. The whole reason He Tian had requested to stay in this cabin was so he could room with Guan Shan.

The three boys felt a cold sweat run down their spines. "Uh, no way dude. Sorry, we already unpacked some stuff. We're staying in that room together." The tall brunette rubbed his neck as he averted his eyes. Guan Shan let out a tired sigh and walked back into the bedroom without another word.

After dinner in the main hall, some girls had cornered He Tian so the five boys made their way back to the cabin alone. Guan Shan went straight into his room and She Li followed. The three guys shared a look, noticing something odd was going on between the three. However, they wanted no part in it so they left them alone.

Guan Shan pulled his phone out of his pocket and text his mother to let her know how he was getting on and that he hoped she was doing well and not working too hard. The redhead could sense She Li's eyes on him and it made him squirm. He dropped the phone on his bed, which just happened to be the one in the middle, and turned to face She Li, who had been leaning against the wall with his arms folded over his chest.

"Why did you come on this trip? Not really your sort of thing either." Guan Shan asked, recalling their earlier conversation and realised he hadn't ask She Li in return.

"New experiences. Fond memories." The corner of his lip curled up slightly, almost like he was mocking Guan Shan's earlier response to the same question.

"Bastard." Guan Shan mumbled. He reached up and subconsciously tugged at the black stud in his ear.

She Li watched him with a blank expression. "Do you regret it? Letting me do that to you so you could leave my group?"

Guan Shan started at him for a second as he recalled She Li pushing the pin into his ear slowly, a manic expression on his face as a few stray tears rolled down Guan Shan's cheeks as the pain throbbed through his ears.

"No." He answered simply.

She Li pushed off the wall and walked over to Guan Shan. "Would you let me do it again? To help that friend of yours again?" He reached up and touched the stud in the redhead's ear.

Guan Shan swallowed at how close they were. "Yes, because he's my friend."

She Li's yellow eyes darted up and stared into Guan Shan's red ones. "Would you do it for He Tian?"

Guan Shan's lips parted slightly and his breathing picked up. "None of your business."

Suddenly, She Li reached round and grabbed the back of Guan Shan's head and pulled backwards. Guan Shan gasped at the pain and grabbed onto She Li's shirt to balance himself. She Li moved himself forward until his face hovered inches above Guan Shan's. His eyes roamed over every inch of Guan Shan's face as if printing the image of the redhead's pained expression into his memory.

"I bet you wouldn't let He Tian this close to you, would you? You can't because you don't owe him; not like you owe me. Isn't that right, Mo Guan Shan?" He muttered, his mouth close to Guan Shans'.

Guan Shan licked his lips. "She Li, please-"

Before he could finish, She Li's other hand came up and held Guan Shan's face still and he moved forward, pressing his soft lips onto the others'. Guan Shan's eyes widened in shock, his hands gripping She Li's shirt tighter.

Suddenly, the door opened.
