Pat
This weekend was a homecoming, which meant a football game and a dance. We all went to the game to see if our school's team wins. Yeah, our football team lost because they suck. They need a new coach and captain since Hayden can do so much on the field. The football team reminds me of the Lions, a bunch of losers. We're diehard Lion's fans, but we know our team sucks ass. We can say it, but no one else can.
We went back to the house after sitting outside, watching the game to warm up. Not only did we lose, but we froze our asses off. We got back to the house. Britt and I got under a blanket, with Pax joining us. Our brothers laughed at us.
"A little cold?" Parker asked.
"Man, the weather up here sucks worse than Pax does," I answered through chattering teeth.
"Hey, I suck pretty well. Ask Shaun," Pax retorted through chattering teeth.
"Yeah, we didn't need to know that. Thanks for sharing, little brother," Payton said, walking past us.
"Sharing is caring, big brother," Pax remarked.
Kaxon, Jesse, Mason, and Skylar came into the house as we sat there, warming ourselves.
"Where's Markus?" Parker asked.
"Consoling Hayden, if you know what I mean," Kaxon said with a look.
"Yeah, unfortunately," Parker mumbled.
Mason grabbed a pen and shoved it into his cast, itching his arm.
"It will thrill me when I get this stupid cast off," Mason grumbled, scratching.
We laughed.
Presley walked in with Eliza, arguing about something.
"I wasn't flirting," Eliza said, defending herself.
"Then what do you call it?" Presley asked.
"The guy asked me for the time," Eliza answered.
"More like making time. Eliza, you're my girl. Don't forget that," Presley reminded Eliza.
"Yo, tool, stop acting like a dick," Pax said.
Presley looked at Pax. "Stay out of this. It's none of your concern," Presley told Pax.
"It becomes our concern when you act like an ass," Parker said with a look.
"You have your significant others; I have mine. You deal with your girlfriend or boyfriend; I'll deal with mine. I don't tell you how to treat them, don't tell me how to treat mine," Presley told Parker.
"Then stop acting like a jackass, because that's what you are now," Parker remarked.
Presley glared at Parker, then went upstairs. I looked at Pax. "When did our brother become an asshole?"
"When he got taller than us," Pax replied.
Payton came out of the kitchen.
"Pay, you better handle Presley before the twins do," Parker warned Payton.
"What did the tool do this time?" Payton asked, eating a sandwich.
"He accused Eliza of flirting with some dick," I answered.
"Here, hold my sandwich," Payton said, handing his sandwich to Parker. We watched Payton go upstairs, then heard items break and crash. Presley yelled, and so did Payton. The rest of us stay put because we weren't stupid. Payton has a temper, and Presley is learning the hard way how bad Payton's anger is.
