In everyone's life, at some time, our inner fire goes out.

It is then burst into flame by an encounter with another human being.

We should all be thankful for those people who rekindle the inner spirit.

"You were talking in your sleep.' Evelyn tells me.

I tell her that I was dreaming that we were in some kind of ranch in the forest and there was a guy inside that wanted to talk to me and I woke up to the tv when I was about to go inside. "I remember a guy holding a folder but that's it." I tell her.

Then I add that she had cut her hair to her shoulders. She tells me that she's been meaning to cut it because having long hair is an issue drying it. I tell her to leave it the way it is because I loved her long hair. The twins just sit on the couch watching tv, they don't even notice that I'm awake or Eve talking to me. I get up and go to the restroom to wash up. I can hear the tv still going. I kept wondering what the dream was about. Usually I don't have dreams but the moment I was with Evelyn I started having visions.

I saw the forest and the cabin when I was at her house and then now in a dream. I wanted to make out what it was but then I shrug it off and finish washing up. I come out of the rest room and Eve asks me if I was ok. I tell her that I was ok and why she asks me that.

"You were in there for 20 minutes. You don't usually take that long in the restroom to get washed up." She tells me.

I didn't even realize that 20 minutes had passed by, I guess I pondered it longer than what I thought. "I was just thinking about the dream. That's all." I tell her.

She replies, "Its just a dream, Jet. Very rarely dreams come true. But a cabin in the woods sounds very relaxing."

I then look at her and tell her that if she remembers when I tell her that I thought that I was having déjà vu at her house, and I described everything at her house about a cabin in the forest. She tells me that she remembers.

"Well now it was in a dream, but your hair was short and I also remember you in military boots, cargo pants and a tattered shirt. Like if you had come back from some war. I don't know. It was weird but it felt so real." I tell her.

I change shirts and tell her that I was going to go on a run and if she didn't mind taking care of the girls for me. She asks if she could come along since she wanted to keep an eye on me. I ask her then who would take care of the girls.

She then replies, "My mom would, you saw how much she loved them. I have nothing but nephews. So taking care of girls would be a change for her."

I tell her to ask her mom and see what she says. She steps out of the room and goes to her parents room. I sit on the bed and look at the girls watching cartoons. They are all into the cartoons. Then I hear a knock on the door.

I open the door and see Eve with her mom and her mom asks me, "So I hear you need a babysitter for those gorgeous girls of yours."

I smile and say good morning to her. I give her a hug and a kiss on the cheek. I kind of throw her off with the hug and kiss.

"Well that was different." She says kind of laughing.

I tell her that that's how Mexican men greet women. "Oh, well that's nice, a nice warm hug and a kiss never gets old."

I thank her for watching the girls because I was going to go for a run and Eve wanted to go with me also. "Yes, its fine, you two soldiers need to stay in shape for whatever comes in the future."
