Anyways, it's a multiple of five day!!
So today I want everyone to get into a comfortable position. Lay down on a soft surface, sit in meditation pose, whatever's most comfortable for you.
Now, close your eyes.
Relax your shoulder muscles. Let your shoulders sag. Allow your neck muscles to relax. Slowly, release the tension in every inch of your body.
And now.... feel.
The air brushing your cheek.
The ground beneath you.
The up and down of your breath.
Feel the lightest brush of your eyelashes on your cheeks.
The softness of clothing on skin.
The skin on skin of your fingers and toes.
The way your muscles twitch for no reason.
Now, breath with me.
