I'm back at it. Renounced the 1 minute interval before smoking, it seemed to make everything less fun. Buut i'm on the floor again, listening to music and writing. It's kind of a dream in a way, i've been wanting to spend more time on the floor since realizing that most of the dancing is done on a floor and not the sofa. And i fancy myself as somewhat of a dancer, so..
I don't do much dancing though. Baby Love was partially right about the small breakthrough i had a little while back about not enslaving the body anymore. Either my body is cooperating more readily lately or i've lost my focus. Anyway, it's a deconstructive way to dance all the time so the value is still there, it's just that i'm back to my old ways. Doable. I'll try to rekindle a better, more creative relationship with my body. I'm gonna try to stand up from laying down, using this "technique".
[..] i was right. It came pretty easy, that means my body is cooperating more. Oh well, what more can i ask? Still, i'll try to focus on this more, keep this in check a bit. Time to bring my musical instrument closer. [..] i realize now it's close to me that i've missed it yesterday. In my free time it felt good to keep the distance but now that it's back within touching distance it's very good.
[..] i just finished my one hour break of sitting on the sofa, it seems like a good deal. I'm in the mood for some entertainment, i think i'll cut the discipline day short, at 2pm, my entertainment curfew. Baby Love, bless her soul, is preparing some food. I had an irresistible urge to approach the keyboard, so here i am. The keyboard holds a powerful pull over me. Not much to write though, i don't think. I'm listening to some 8-bit music on Spotify, it's pretty nifty. The smells wafting in from the kitchen are delicious.

[..] i erased the mind/body practice stuff off our focus board, not until i took photos, and i organized my workspace differently. I put two categories: BODY (waiting, breath, inner music, vocal chords, mouth, dance) and MIND (floor, couch, e-book reader, keyboard, phone, watch, laptop, bluetooth speaker, my musical instruments, the sound recorder, chess set) and UNDESIRABLES (coffee, smoke). Then i put the ebook reader and one of my musical instruments in the bedroom. I wasn't looking at the board anymore so figured it's time for a change. Now my elements are displayed there in abstract form, aka writing. These all are part of my mind/body practice, my discipline. I also have a little schedule which i'll try out tomorrow. In the morning i have floor time, then a half hour break from 12 until 12:30, then free time from 2pm on. Right now it's almost 7pm and i only consumed entertainment while eating. I don't think i could have spent all this time on the floor since this morning. I needed to allow for sofa time.
I showered today and took out the garbage. Baby love went shopping. Ok i wrote enough, time for something else. Let me check the list. Nothing from the MIND category, i went with inner music from BODY.
